You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

HungaryVery low noise reduction from the corridors outside the room, could hear every person walking by and children crying. Not really suitable for young couples (if you know what I mean). Also no air conditioning or mini fridge.
The location is amazing, very cozy and beautiful remote little main square with a beautiful rose garden and walking opportunities. Very fairy tale like. We loved it! The double bed room had a big balcony where we could enjoy the night with a cup of wine. Was provided with towels and everything was clean and proper. The breakfast is plentiful too.

AustriaWith outside temperatures of 35° we would have liked air con in the bedroom, but this is not common in hotels in the area and for most of the year, not necessary. Even though our room was south facing it was manageable. The Rosaliengebirge exert a moderating influence on the climate.
Friendly family run hotel where there is clearly a good team effort and the service is friendly but professional. The hotel seems to be extremely well managed but the family are very much working managers and they work very hard. For the class of hotel the breakfast was above average with eggs cooked to order and excellent service. Although Monday is Ruhetag (well deserved) every effort is made for smooth check in and to refer to a good alternative establishment for food and drink only a few steps away. The restaurant is first rate - unpretentious but better than average - with excellent lunchtime menus at very reasonable prices. We only had open wine but it was all very good. Highly skilled and effective table service. Legendary home-made apricot dumplings. Very good quality ingredients cooked with care. We have been back for many lunches and never had a bad experience.

Czech RepublicDescription on booking was that I will get one big kingsize bed. In reality it was two separated bed put together. So when You are somewhere in the middle, beds start to split.
Nice place, helpfull stuff, compare to price, good breakfast.
