Room was clean and had an in-room shower and fridge. Great location in a more residential part of town and close to the train station. Free parking on-site and free parking on the street in Salzburg on weekends. Quiet area. Pretty good typical European style breakfast.

Everything was amazing. The staff was so helpful. We were able to check in 4 hours before the scheduled time because the room was ready. They even let me borrow their umbrella for 2 days. :)

The stay was amazing! They have rooms which are simple, basic and at the same time they had everything we needed without having to go to the reception to ask for anything else. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They always had a smiling face which made the entire experience pleasant. Also, there is a microwave and free tea and coffee on the ground floor :) Even the supermarkets were nearby

Not much really. The toilets were mostly clean - as much as they can be when its shared. But a couple of times we found them to be needing a bit of a clean. I know the staff are doing the most they can and it was only because the other guests weren't taking the necessary care - so maybe there could be a notice for other guests to take better care when they use the toilets. The location of the property is a little away from the city centre but there are good transport links and it wasn't an issue. We were hiring a car from Europcar and it worked out really well for us as their office is only a few mins walk from the property.

Very nice property. Facilities were all available as mentioned. Room was smallish but very well designed so actually we never felt any lack of space - it was all very ergonomic and convenient and beds were very comfortable. Communication and check-in was very smooth. The staff was the friendliest and most helpful that we have encountered in a long time! The property also has a lovely backyard garden that we really liked.

Very good contact with the host, if possible, you can check in before the official check in time, or leave your luggage in the reception, very nice modernly furnished, and clean room, free coffee/tea in the public areas, close to the main train station.

Rooms, decor were a bit dated, but it was fine for the price

We stayed at the apartments which are a separate building around the corner from the main Pension Elisabeth hotel building. Great location, very close to 120/121 and 21 buses which gets you wherever you need to go. Heating worked well, beds were quite comfortable, and rooms were nice and cosy. Kitchen was large. All appliances available worked well. Alibaba Pizza & Kebap-Doner down the road does a good feed. The lady who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Can leave luggage at reception after you check out, which was very handy

we are on the top floor and there's no lift. this is not the facult of the hotel, it's just the building structure, but it is a bit incovenient.

We said that when we booked, that this is for our honeymoon. they decorate our room with rose petals, which is beyond our expectations. staff are super friendly and nice.

The location was great. It was near a bus which took me to the city center in about 10 minutes. It was near a supermarket which was helpful. I didn't see many places to eat in the area, but it was easy enough to get to the city center to eat. The room was clean. I opted for the shared toilet in the hall, but it was very clean and really not an issue.
