Single Room a bit small, but comfortable, big bathroom. No view available from the window. The location of the hotel is very good and walking distance to St.Stephan Cathedral.

I cannot find fault with anything

Large but comfortable room with good light. The clearly modern installation for the Bathroom had been built into a corner of the large room and was ugly, but the bathroom was bright and fully functional. The breakfast was exceptionally good and plentiful choice and quantity, but unfortunately did become very crowded at peak times. It was walking distance to the Cathedral and central area for sightseeing. The front desk staff were very helpful

Shower was very small and the bed was very tight against the wall making it difficult to get around it. Disappointed that the bar (which understandably was closed during covid) still remained closed , so nowhere to sit back and relax after a hard days sight seeing.

Good location only a short walk to excellent restaurants and bars. Decent breakfast with plenty of choice.

Could have had a kettle in the room but being two English ladies we brought our own.

The hotel is in a perfect location for visiting all tourist spots, the Danube Canal is minutes away, lots of restaurants, bars within a 5 minute walk. The Cathedral is 10 minutes away. Handy Spar shop just across the road.

What I didn't like was, the night I was there, I could hear a noise next to my ear. I am not sure what it is, could be water dripping. When I checked, the shower, faucet etc were closed. Could have been from the other room? Maybe. Or it might be a termite eating through the wood. I woke up half past 3 in the morning and have been hearing this sound until I got up and check out.

The room and the hotel looks classic. Old style but beautiful. The toilet is clean as well as the room. I could see the street from my window. The location is excellent, I was able to see so many shops, restaurants, cafe's and beautiful places just by walking. The breakfast was great. So many guest were there but the food were constantly replenished. Train station is just a few minutes walk and is direct to the airport.

I didn't like the curtains in the shower. In my opinion, for that amount of money, I expected a regular glass shower. However, the shower is clean and large, but the curtains just aren't my thing. They always make me feel dirty, especially when they touch my skin after I finish showering.

Location is amazing. Friendly stuff, amazing breakfast, clean and comfortable.

a hall (vestibul) is not too friendly looking and looks worned out and a bit dirty, although it is not; you should invest a little bit of money and design ideas

a total cleaness of my bathroom and sufficient heating light bed sheet the location – absolutely great

Check out time is 10:30 am which is VERY unusual at the least… and when we explained that to the front desk, because we couldn’t leave till 12:00 noon- they said OK, but the cleaning staff came at 10:29 knocking at our door in order to leave. Front desk didn’t communicate to cleaning staff that we’re staying.
