To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Clean, nice decoration. Possibility to control all the lights from the bed was very practical. Sauna and fitness included. Loved Tokyo milk soap and shampoos.

So basically I can hear everything what was going on with our neighbours:( even when they open a bag of chips. Because we were after a long ride, we wanted to get some rest without any side sounds.

Very comfy beds. Friendly staff. Not far from U-Bahn. Some bars and restaurants in the area. Nice bar at the restaurant that was working late as well. Overall had a lovely time there.
