Walls are a bit thin so sometime noise can be an issue when sleeping. Would have also loved a little sauna at least!

It would be nice to have a sauna and pool at the hotel. However, the city schwimmbad in town is within walking distance.

Honestly, nothing to find fault with.

Comfortable, clean, family-run hotel, right in the centre of St Anton; max 3 minutes walk to lifts/shops/restaurants. Staff very friendly, hardworking, and outcome-oriented. Pleasant surprise was the busy hotel bar - immensely popular with locals, but only grown-ups, which added a nice (non-rowdy) vibe.

The bath towels were meant for children and not adults, they were tiny. This is important when sharing a room with someone other than your partner

For the money I don't think it would be reasonable to expect more. If the hotel had a spa / sauna area I would have happily paid more to have that facility, but this not being available would not stop me from staying again.

Robert and his mother are outstanding hoteliers who make guests feel extremely welcome. Robert was very helpful with restaurant bookings and general information.

Smack in the centre of St Anton. Very helpful staff. Our big room had a balcony, comfy bed, shower was great, breakfast was good. They have a secure car park at the rear of the property. Great stay, would definitely stay again.

There is nothing that we did not like.

Hotel Sailer is perfectly positioned in St Anton. Robert is an incredible host who ensured that are needs were catered for - including doing small favours such as warming food for our (permanently hungry) young adults in the hotel's kitchen microwave. We were blessed to have a room with windows on both sides which provided beautiful views of the mountains and some ski lifts. The hotel is very close to the train and bus stations- so we had no need for a taxi.

Early closing of Reception at 22.00 and stressful traveling from Zurich airport on NYE thinking I may have been unable to check in as arrived at 22.02!!

There isn't a fridge or kettle in the rooms, but in winter its easy to leave anything you want to keep cold on the balcony.

Hotel Sailer was more than we expected on so many levels. The location is fantastic, central to stores, ski-rental, restaurants and a very short walk to the ski lifts (3 mins in ski boots). The hotel is comfortable, clean and very welcoming. Robert the owner manager is attentive and helpful, the bar is a great place to meet and the breakfasts were outstanding. I would highly recommend for family and or couples.
