The most food served looked like it was convenient foods, very thin soups -mostly to cold- precooked potatoes, simple meats just warmed up. Overall the food was prepared rather simple.

Some of the staff was very nice and helpful, especially one lady at the reception. Room was nice, clean and comfy, Large offer on the breakfast buffet, you can also order eggs and pancakes freshly made. The Sauna Area is very nice, the pool was great the first few days, once a lot of kids played in it the water was getting bad.

The room that I had smelt badly from bathroom sink. No window to let in air only a door to the terrace which isn’t practical for night time ventilation. Cleaner did not come to the room for duration of stay but I think you may have to request for the room to be cleaned. Very bad WiFi.

Close to centre of village. The evening dinners were fantastic. Great staff. Nice pool and recreational facilities. Free parking and also ski shuttle bus should you require.

A wonderful stay in the mountains! The view and surroundings is so beautiful, no photo does it justice! The hotel itself, the breakfast buffet was really good, everything you could ask for! The hotel has two nice pools, indoor and a natural one outside. They also have massage services but unfortunately we were too late to book! Our room had lots of space and was very comfortable. The kids indoor playground is an added bonus and so is their afternoon tea with pastries and cakes! I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay again!

The salat buffet could maybe be a bit more varied

Very nice hotel with large and cosy rooms. Room and bathroom was brand new. Dinner is really great! If someone‘s complaining about the food this person is either used to only eat at Michelin star restaurants or is missing cheese burgers and chicken wings. Every night’s dinner was a five course menu and the quality was really great. The only thing which could possibly be improved might be the salat buffet. For breakfast you can order several freshly prepared dishes. Such as fried eggs, scrambled eggs with ham and cheese, pancakes, etc. There is of course also a buffet with everything you need. We had a great time here!

Poor wifi

Amazing view, facilities and staff. Great breakfast buffet and wellness area. Spacious and nice rooms with balcony and view. We were welcomed with a drink while the friendly staff checked us in and gave us information. The lunch packets (to be ordered for trips) leaves no one hungry. Walking distance from the Schlick2000 lift, whick brings you to the breathtaking Stubaiblick. We will be back

The view of our room is great. Everyday the dinner is different. The sauna is clean and comfortable. The staffs are friendly and helpful. My daughter loves the indoor playground and the dog mignon. We had great vacation there!

Central air/heating so cannot adjust radiator. Kept window open which helped but was a problem only in the middle of the night so didn’t want to go down to the front desk to adjust. sofa bed uncomfortable, kids slept on the floor instead.

location was perfect and easy transportation straight to entrance of Schlick 2000. pool was great for kids, not heated but not freezing. great to relax. My kids loved the play area and there was good seating for us to watch them.

Some amenities were unusable and we weren’t probably prepared for the lack of AC. The location was a bit out of the way considering local tolls everywhere but if you want to stay in a quiet countryside this hotel was in a pretty magical location.

It would have been perfect for us if the spa stayed open an hour longer at night.

Good hotel at a great location in a wonderful valley where there’s a surprising number of things to do both for adults and for kids! We never would have thought going to the Stubai valley with a toddler could have been so much fun. Breakfast is good with plenty of choice. Mainly Austrian/German cuisine at dinner but it was quite good. The spa at the hotel is nice and we enjoyed the half board and the extra space of the junior suite we booked.

WiFi in our room was so bad….. The water pressure in shower room was not strong enough to enough take a shower. Most of days we took the shower in Santa area or swimming area

We booked a superior room which was very specious with an excellent view of mountains. The hotel had very good food, breakfast buffet with other options to order (incl in price) and also very good dinner selection (buffet +4 course menu). Good location with access to famous spots (top of tyrol), etc... Hotel offers also a pass for some cable cars and water park which is very useful and makes the stay even more enjoyable.
