The furniture in our room was quite dated. The sleeping sofa in our apartment was terrible. I assume it was broken because it did not fold properly and was not flat!

The breakfast was magnificent! The pool and the sauna looked good but we did not try them. The view from the hotel is breathtaking. The location is great, it's not close to the city center, but literally a few meters away there is a bus stop from where in a matter of minutes one can be in Innsbruck

The spa has reduced in size since I last stayed with you. There is only a sauna and no steam room, Jacuzzi or kneipp baths. The pool is smaller

The breakfast is good if you go down early but after 8am it is a real struggle as food and drinks don’t seem to be replaced at the buffet.

I love the village and the hotel is right int he middle so an ideal location. The staff are all very friendly and the decor is superb. The room I was allocated was very large with two double beds, many thanks. The spa could do with a steam room and people need to be told to be quiet when in the spa and particular the sauna. One evening a man was on his mobile 'phone in the sauna.

We were staying half board for part of our holiday, however each night we were told in an extremely rude way that the restaurant was FULL and only managed a meal at the hotel twice in one week. There is only 2 other restaurants in the village, and luckily for us, they were able to accommodate us. In an evening we would have to wait for nearly 20 minutes for a drink at the bar, one guest sat next to us was told to wait as he couldn’t possibly be thirsty! We overall had a good stay, but the poor staff have left us with a very negative opinion of our stay.

The hotel was a little dated, but clean. Breakfast was good, but if you got down much past 8 there was very little choice left.. The reception staff were the best part of our stay. Very helpful and friendly. Which unfortunately can not be said about the rude waiting staff.

Bed was very small and narrow, uncomfortable and flimsy/bouncy mattresses. Shower head was stopping water flow so we had to take it off. Hotel attracts International people that are not accustomed to regional Spa's. Hotel needs to display some rules on how to use saunas (people were not using towels, but sat in their bathing suits on wood). Juices and fruit was not refilled at all, area with cups was constantly untidy. Small sports and spa area considering its called a sports hotel.

Beautiful view, good location, nice cafes nearby and gorgeous landscape. Nice spa area and gym. Nicely sized rooms. Very friendly staff. Close to the city Innsbrück.

I'd suggest some minor improvements such as 1) a trash bin would be useful in the living room as there were only two small bins in the bathroom and the toilet, 2) a thinner and softer pillow as the available pillows were a way too thick and bouncy, 3) clear signage that the original hair dryer is out of order and an alternative hair dryer is provided and stored at the bathroom cabinet.

Clean room with enough space for two people (suite room), great mountain view, nice sauna with lounge area, excellent location in 30 mins drive from the airport. I am a pescatarian which is a bit of a challenge in the Alpes, and I appreciated that the hotel breakfast included some fish and veggie options. The overall experience was great and I recommend this hotel for couples and families.

A bit long time waiting for the food at dinner. Only one sauna and a pretty small pool, basically no (a tiny) garden

Good location between Innsbruck and a ski resort. Both are conveniently reachable with a bus J, circulating with 10 min interval. Ticket for unlimited bus rides was given by the hotel with no extra charge. The hotel combines tge advantages of newly renovated facility and old tirolish charm. Food and sauna were very good. Personal was friendly. Room had a balcony with amazing mountain view. I liked also a curpark, situated within 5 min walk.

Shower had a flow restrictor, to save water, but you had to run it for several minutes for the water to get warm so self-defeating!

The hotel bar in the evening was very sparsely manned, we think they must have had a staff shortage, as the barman was very short with us but we put it down to workload.

We arrived on time and were very pleased that on check-in we were upgraded to a suite, which was very nice. Hotel is right in the centre of Igls and very close to the bus stop to either the Ski runs or into Innsbruck. We were very surprised to receive a free visitors card for the durations of our stay which gave discounts for various activities and was also a free bus pass.

Restaurant open in the evening would have been an improvement, but there was a conference while we were there. No complaints really!

Lovely hotel, big room and a great view. Facilities all good, but no food served in the evening when we were there. Only a small village, but there is an excellent pizza place round the corner. Reliable bus service leaves for town every 10 minutes. Really loved my stay there.

The pull out sofa bed for the kids (8 & 11yo) to sleep on was very hard and cheaply made. We had friends staying in the upgraded suite room and their sofa bed was the same. We've had better sofa beds in 3 star hotels. We asked for some extra layers of padding but they couldn't offer anything. This situation needs improvement as families are the main customer group at this hotel. For a 4 star hotel near a ski area, we expected a comfortable bed for all of us, not just the adults.

The staff were lovely. We had some rowdy kids and the staff were patient and caring.

Lobby and outlook of the hotel looks very traditional and old, also not the best smell and ventilation on the common areas but the rooms are brand new! Really moderns. Very nice pool and spa area.

Pool very cold. Found empty water bottle in the cot. Nespresso coffee maker hard to use so waitress allowed us to use coffee machine downstairs but chef very rude when used it out of hours.chef rude in general so avoided him.

Quiet remote location. Beautiful room and view. Gorgeous setting and environment. Lovely menu and accomodatung staff. Easy access on free bus from hotel to the city centre. Mini market near by. Warm and spacious. Pool and spa was lovely. Receptionist and restaurant staff very kind and pleasant
