Lovely room with sunny balcony. Comfortable bed, comfy chair, plenty of storage space and a very nice shower room. The staff were all delightful and the facilities good. There is a bus stop right outside. Food was absolutely delicious, the vegetarian choices interesting and tasty.

Dinner didnt meet our expectations.

Our stay was short, but location was great, room nice and tidy, we loved the room actually. Spa is very nice. Breakfast was awesome as well. But mostly awesome comunications with staff and especially lovely and helpful owner, who was always present to talk or give a hand and help others. Lot of small things and details.

The bed is too narrow and soft, so not feeling very confortable even after falling asleep.

The hotel is not far from the Hintertux Glacier Paradise. The staff are very kind and helpful. The facilities, especially the spa & sauna, make the guests relax after a day of exercise. Will come back in winter for the next visit.

The staff might just be tired but they weren't very smiley. However, they were polite! The room could use a bit of renovation, but it was clean everywhere. The radio in the bathroom is fun.

The breakfast is sublime. There is a wide selection. The dinner was also delicious, although a bit expensive. The Spa section is very cozy and really relaxing.

perfect combination of cosy rooms, spa and breakfasts. Additionally, it makes sense to visit the hotel‘s restaurant for a dinner. Perfect dishes for appropriate prices. Highly recommended!

not much to tell ... maybe just avoid to serve tasty food in deep plates (bowl style) where all the side dishes and meat mix. The bed ... I would have prefered a large blanket (the small one always slipped off the bed..)

Excellent breakfast with all you need (incl. a fruit juicer). Nice sauna (which was really hot .. every day) and had scented water for the Aufguss. Various saunas... Ski depot with boot dryer 4 courses dinner in the half board. The owners' family all work there ... this keeps the quality high and guest satisfaction. Very fair prices for bottles of wine.

The only minus is the smell in the room (it was musty, as if raw and a little cold in the room, although the batteries were turned on)

Very nice staff, clean, delicious food in the restaurant, breakfast buffet. Everything is always fresh, plus they listened to all wishes, for example, we asked for cold water and cocktails in the room every evening, everything was cleaned nicely the next day. We took a cat with us, which is allowed in the hotel and everything was great)

What a great surprise! The hotel is really nice, Doctor Kirchler made the experience even better :) And I even had the opportunity to access the SPA! Unexpected, lovely, relaxing. 10/10!

The spa seemed to only open at certain hours which was a little restrictive. It would have been nice to have tea/coffee facilities in the room

The rooms were comfortable, the food was excellent (and plenty of it) and the staff were extremely helpful. The location was good for both Hintertux and the Mayrhofen area with the ski lift to Eggalm just a short walk away.

Breakfast was excellent. All food was excellent. There is a ski hire shop next door. Hotel staff are all very friendly and offer a great service. The single room was large with a well fitted en-suite, nice balcony, good lighting & comfortable bed.
