Room seemed a little dated, could do with a facelift. There was a sink and very basic utensils provided- plates , cups, glasses and cutlery which was convenient but no way of washing them up eg detergent or t towel. I was taken back when the cleaning staff came in next morning and quickly washed the dirty dishes under running water and put them back in the drawer. Wondered if this is how it’s always done ( ie between each guest).

Rooms were huge with a great big bedroom, with plenty of hanging space. The lounge area had a couch and plenty of seating. The staff were really helpful when I needed a doctors script printed and went out of their way to do this and give me directions on where to get it filled. Location was great , near to station and had a minimart just a few metres away.

The interior in our suite was a bit dated (stained furniture and carpets) but it didn't bother us at all. The things that mattered were very much to our liking (a comfortable bed, luxury linen, spotless bathroom, lots of space, a big mirror, a kettle and a fridge). Great value for money.

A cosy hotel with a laid-back atmosphere and a personal touch to it. The personnel was friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcomed from the very first moment and throughout our stay. Spacious suites, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing with fresh fruit, porridge, different cheeses and pastries, besides the ordinary stuff. Location is great, close to the beautiful Stadtpark. We had a wonderful stay at Hilight Suites.

The suite was quite spacious, we stayed there without getting bored as there was enough space for our child. Breakfast was quite diverse and delicious. Transportation is very easy, there is a metro right next to it. The helpfulness of the employees is another positive aspect of the hotel.

The location is good, the facilities are amazing, a bit pricey like Vienna in general but the room was great.

The hotel calls it's self a suites hotel. It's only equipment was 2 side plates and a couple of wine glasses, I don't think they want you to do any self catering and will offer you breakfast at 22 Euros pp. You can also hire a coffee maker at 15 euros. There was a small fridge which was filled with their mini bar offerings at a high price. We still enjoyed our stay and were just disappointed at the lack of equipment and penny pinching on their behalf.

The rooms were a really good size and very clean as was the bathroom. The position of the hotel was good really close to U4 at Stadpark.

The hotel staff are very friendly. During check-in, they noticed that we needed twin-bed and immediately asked the housekeeper to arrenge. The fornt desk also provided us a map of Vienna and marked the location of the hotel on it to prevent us from getting lost. Although we were not have breakfast in the hotel , but the fornt desk still recommended some delicious breakfast shops and cafes.

The rooms are great with plenty of space, ideal location with the City 2 streets ahead, will always use this hotel in the future. fabulous staff, very friendly. Really good local Restaurant just round the corner away from the hustle of the town. Spar supermarket close by.

Found a hear just near the soap on arrival, the beds, if you choose 2 separate one are really tiny, so you need to be carefull if you like to toss and turn.

Big rooms, very-very friendly and awesome staff, big bathrooms, near the standtpark, you can leave luggage if arrived earlier or had to departure later. If the room is ready you can be cheecked-in even earlier.

The hotel is like a labyrinth. After one day you get used to that and do not get lost anymore.

Nice location and friendly staff. The option for breakfast to be delivered to the room with no charge due the maintenance of the breakfast room was a very good idea.

We're not keen on "shower over the bath" design, and the hand held nozzle was difficult to adjust.

Close to a U-bahn station, it was very easy to reach the centre of the city. The suite was roomy (perhaps not quite as roomy as the photos suggest), but more than adequate. The included breakfast was excellent, one of the best we've had in recent times. Great, friendly, and informative staff. All told, an excellent hotel.

There wasn’t anything not to like.

We only had dealings with the reception staff - who were all lovely. Professional, but in a friendly way. Our suite was immaculate, kept clean by someone who takes pride in their work. A ten to fifteen minute walk and you are in the centre of everything. This property is well worth a stay.

Very comfortable, clean, and nicely appointed suites. Excellent location: one block from the Stadtpark U-bahn stop, close to several terrific restaurants, and one block from a market. Outstanding staff! All the staff members were extremely friendly and helpful and addressed all our questions and concerns. We especially appreciated Lydia and Natasha at the front desk, who were so helpful (and identified the name of the beautiful plant in the lobby when we asked about it). We truly enjoyed our stay here and will return when we are in Vienna again.
