The sofa bed is right under the TV and there is almost no English channels. so we didn't really use the TV during our stay.

We didn't have breakfast at the hotel. There is a Cafe right opposite which serves really good breakfast. The location is great. The subway is about 100 meters away and there is a supermarket right around the corner. The room is generous sized. Main bed is very comfortable. Even the sofa bed is much better than the one we had in Prague which is a Novotel too.

Little bit far from city center and attractions.

Booked Standard Room with Sofa and it is quite spacious and well maintained. Staff also friendly and accepted early check-in.

The hotel was great and very close to the city centre (only three stops by metro), the room was very spacious and clean, and there were kettle, coffee, tea etc. to prepare what you needed every day. We did not have the breakfast, but overall we are very satisfied with our stay. Also a value for money choice!

The staff are unfortunately a bit rude and do not want to help. There is absolutely no flexibility in checkin times.

This is my third time staying at this hotel. 4 stops from Stephansplatz and 1 stop from Pratersten. Eurospar and Billa grocery stores are very close. The rooms have a microwave and refrigerator. You can also relax in the bathtub in the bathroom.

the plastic walls in the bathroom box and in the toilet are thin and have poor insulation, you can hear noise when flushing the toilet from higher floors

warm, spacious room, rich and diverse selection of food for breakfast, the cleaners didn't run around the corridor in the morning and didn't disturb my sleep, problem-free and free internet

It is a very clean and comfortable hotel. There is a metro station only 50 meters away. There are 2 supermarkets very close to the hotel and a place to buy breakfast above the metro station. I would very highly recommend it especially for families. The beds were comfortable, the toilet was separated from the baths (there were two!) and save us a lot of time. The water was drinkable and very refreshing. I was at a room of 4 beds and some how they managed to have in the room also the toilet, a small kitchen, 2 baths, two small wardrobes, a table with 2 chairs, a large tv and there was enough room to walk around the room.

bathroom is clean but feels like living in a plastic shell. power plugs didn't work in bathroom. enough space for 4 but only a curtain available to separate.

Hotel is near to subway, super market and pharmacy. Parking available, be careful when entering with bigger car. Room size is adequate for 4, room and hotel is clean, silent. Staff is nice to kids. Breakfast includes many things but is not overwhelming.

We recently stayed at this hotel and were thoroughly impressed. The hotel exceeded our expectations: the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was top-notch. We were particularly delighted by the varied and delicious breakfast options, which truly provided a great start to our day. Muhammad at the front desk was exceptionally polite and helpful. He went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others and look forward to returning next year!

The toilet seemed like stepping into a pod or a cupboard with its plastic walls and ceiling. The separate bathroom was made with the same material but feels better because it was bigger. Would have been great if had normal tiled walls.

Nice spacious family room in good location for all the sights. Metro stop next to the hotel. Nice breakfast offered.
