Going to a different location to get the key is inconvinient and we could not find the drop box to leave the key when checking out. But they were easy to contact and quick to reply and told us we could leave the key in the apartment letterbox.

Small apartment in a continent location. Good size for 4 people. Very clean and well presented. Good value for money

Bedrooms can get a little warm with no fan or aircon. WiFI was a little slow which made it difficult to stream on the TV

Fantastic communication from the staff, from before my visit, to picking up the keys and during our stay. Excellent location and very quiet despite being so close to O’Connell St. Great facilities and overall, very pleased with our stay.

The only thing I could really say was the car park position. As ours was allocated and was next to a pole so had to back into park so could exit car each time . Only a problem if you have a bigger car

These are very minor things, would not stop us from staying again. The only things that need to be noted is that you need to pick up keys from an apartment complex 8 minutes drive away (there is a key drop box when you leave) and there were no tissues in the room.

The apartment we stayed in was fully renovated inside. It had everything we needed to make the stay comfortable. The main bedroom was big enough to fit in a cot which we had the apartment arrange. There was a secure car park for our hire car. The bathroom was very modern and had heated tiles which was an unexpected but great feature in the cold. There is a local supermarket and lots of cafes and restaurants within waling distance and very flat and accessible for prams.

The noise from outside the apartment was a lot more than previous times we've stayed. Not the apartment complex itself, more from the streets surrounding. The apartment could do with a bit more maintenance, although the bathroom is new.

Location is outstanding in Nth Adelaide. Close walk to just about everything you need, including a reasonably short stroll into town. Apartment is well appointed and generous in size.

Had to call twice because somebody was parked in our Car Park but this was quickly rectified after phone call. Had to pick up key at another location.

There was only one toilet/bathroom which can be frustrating when staying with your family

The apartment is on the second floor, a walk up external stairs. It was fine for us ( 72 and 62 year olds) but might be difficult for older people.

Location,balcony, secure parking. Comfortable and clean. Spacious apartment but the bathroom is a bit squeezy. Beds comfy, excellent shower.

Bathroom is a bit poky with an old-style shower over the bath. Not so good for older people. Apartment is on the top floor of three, with no lift, but it's still close to the undercover carpark.

Fantastic location very close to an excellent little shopping mall and the O'Connell St restaurants, etc. Easy walking to Adelaide Oval and the city. Lovely neighbourhood with beautiful period buildings. Spacious kitchen and living room. Easy access to main roads out of the city.
