There was no comfortable sitting are to watch television. The bed/couch needs mor cudhions so your led can reach the edge if the bed and hang over. Slso there was nowhere to put my drink ie no occasional table inside.

The safari tent did get a bit hot through the day but it was extremely hot outside. Not a big problem really, it was still very comfortable and did cool down through the night. In saying this we would choose to stay in the oceanview safari tents again.

Loved how close and assessable the beautiful beach was to our Safari Tent. Great little cafe, very friendly staff.

Apart from the beach there's very little to do in either Agnes Water or 1770.

Our cabin was virtually on the beach and what a beautiful beach it is. Lovely clean sands and great water for surfing. The cabin was small but adequately equipped for making yourself a light breakfast and heating something up in the micro. It was also lovely for sitting out on your own little private balcony and looking & listening to the sea. There is a lovely little cafe on site that has a good choice of food & drinks for breakfast and/or lunch. At night, after dark we took a few short steps to the beach in the hope of seeing the stars. As there is no ambient light, and it was a clear night, what a beautiful display we saw.

Doonas weren't clean (1 had food on it), and some pillows were old and weren't comfortable, wifi isn't great but also wasn't really needed! No food/pantry space made the week a bit difficult and cluttered in the kitchen

The beds were comfy, beach is so close, Cafe is convenient, the glamping tent is just big enough to not feel too cramped with the kids, we were very comfy when we came back to our 'tent' each afternoon and loved bbq dinners on our little deck looking out at the park and ocean! We definitely enjoyed our stay! Highly recommend.

We stayed for a 3nights and 3 days, a family of 5. Mostly feedback for people staying for a couple of days. There wasn't really anywhere to put our pantry items and it took up space on the counter. Not enough bin bags, luckily I took a role. Could of done with a mop and bucket as the floors got super dirty pretty quickly going to and from the beach even though we swept the floors, kids spill stuff. No toilet cleaner. Could do with a few more towel hangers and maybe a few drawers under a bed to place unused bedding and belongings That's just my thoughts. We loved being there and enjoyed our time. Would definitely book again.

We stayed in a small studio and had a sea view. Sleeping to the sound of the ocean was wonderful! The kitchen had everything you needed for light meal prep. The bed was very comfortable.

We had a Tree Top Safari Tent. It was supposed to have views of the water. IF you were in Tree Top tent 1 or 2 then the NRMA adverting was both misleading and deceptive. They are not Tree Top Safari tents as they are on ground level with only 3 steps to the raised floor. They have absolutely no view of the water when the van park is full (which it is during the peak months). Instead you have a view of a caravan and their washing. When I complained to the office I was told I was just one of many who complained and that the office had raised the issue with NRMA marketing on many occasions without any positive outcome. I was offered a full refund if I wanted to leave but at 5pm did not think this was a good outcome. So bottom line if you don’t want to be disappointed make sure you do not get tents T1 or T2. And they are the same price as the others which makes no sense I only hope this helps others from being as disappointed as us.

The caravan park is in the very best location right on the main beach. Even has a wonder cafe attached. Best location in AE

We had the end unit next to cafe. People sitting 2 metres from our steps absolutely no privacy from 7am til 2. And you could hear everyone’s conversations.

Put a box of tissues in the room, especially during winter. Nobody wants to blow thier nose on toilet paper all weekend. Also the exhaust fan in our bathroom didn't work and by the amount of mould growing I would say its not worked for a while, also while looking at the mould on the ceiling in the bathroom noticed spiders like 3 or 4 in the ceiling cornices.

Cabins were too close to each other & the walkways were the same for 2 cabins. Parking was not adjacent to our cabin because of all the extra caravan & camping sites squeezed into the park. The kitchen tap was faulty & did not provide any hot water for washing up. The fairly new bathroom had very poor drainage. The whole cabin was very cold & shady!!
