No staff, the only "staff" were a couple of people staying there who got paid to spend a few hours cleaning and making the bed of people who checked out. Only two toilets for everyone to share Most of the doors for some reason has a few centimeter tall gap to the floor, meaning insects can get in everywhere meaning you will wake up with 25 mosquito bites.

There was nearly all the time french music in the kitchen or at the pool. Kitchen was not really clean and not enough tea towels, only directly after cleaning. In addition the laundry needs five times a one dollar coin which we did not have and the reception could not give us.

AC in the rooms, Pool and a luggage room where we could store our luggage while we were on a tour through the centre. Good for a night before you start your trip.

the rooms could be better organised and decorated. there wasn't a reception service and unfortunately some guests took advantage of it and treated the hostel as if it was their own house, leaving the kitchen and bathrooms in a horrible state and making it feel a bit uncomfortable for those who wanted to use the common areas or wanted peace and privacy. being also a place for long-term hosts, it would have been nicer to feel more at ease. hopefully other guests will be more lucky next time!

perfectly located next to the town centre and the main attractions. the place is suitable for long term stay and the swimming pool is a bonus. the owner of hostel wasn't there, but she managed to assist me at the arrival, which was truly appreciated.

RECEPTION: The reception is unattended. We stayed here for 4 nights in total, one night before heading to Uluru then when we came back cause' some hostels were fully booked. When we checked in using the automated kiosk, our room key didn't drop needing to call support number and it took couple of minutes to be sorted. Most people are having trouble checking-in using the kiosk specially some older people that we and other guests around needs to give a hand. KITCHEN: (1 KITCHEN) In a dire state. It's a mess! As usual, some backpackers don't know how to clean after themselves but because of the lack of staff for regular cleaning it's left unattended. Someone cooked a fish some kind of sort and the kitchen was flooded with FLIES. Can't find a insect killers around so I needed to get my own insect spray in my car to spray to get rid of the flies. We also saw a mouse lurking around the kitchen. TOILET: (3 TOILETS) Working well but at the end of the day when being used multiple times, they will beg for some attention. SHOWER: (4 SHOWERS) Works just fine, with Hot and Cold H2O. PARKING: There is private parking that can accommodate 8 cars in total. If your car is blocked to get out, you need to find the other driver to move their car. There are padlocks in 2 car gates with codes.

If you want a quieter place nestled a bit further from town centre. This place is perfect. I love the trees in the property which made the stay more relaxing and peaceful. Han the cleaner is the only staff who is in-house, really helpful and nice! Security coded gates to get in.

There were rats in the kitchen… moving from bag to bag eating peoples food during the night…perhaps need to provide tubs/lockers for safekeeping of dry goods, and a stronger spring to keep security door into kitchen closed might help?

Quiet but still very convenient to town. Safe place to put car at night, secure. Although no manager on site, check in was seamless, and they were super-helpful when I got locked out of my room late one night, saved me spending a night in my car!

It wasn’t very clean. The showers/toilets were not regularly cleaned, the kitchen was very dirty and had mice running around. There are no staff at the property at all.

I had a single room at this property and it was of a reasonable size. The bed (i.e. double) was comfortable, had a desk, air conditioning, ceiling fan, enough power points etc. The self check-in wasn't an issue for myself..
