The wifi was horrendous, kept turning off. The kitchen equipment should have been thoroughly cleaned as a lot of the stuff was dirty. At one point the housekeeper threw away a bag full of my stuff, luckily it was found and they were very apologetic. The shower floods the whole bathroom

The apartment was spacious, fairly clean and comfortable. Kitchen was adequate, huge fridge and a nice little balcony. TV and AC worked well. The location was perfect with a supermarket really close by and buses nearby that go into the city.

Most rooms are facing a very busy street, and our one didn’t really block out any of that noise (room at level 1, with single glazed windows). The room was also very dated compared to the one we’ve been moved to after we complained about the noise. Reception times are 9am-7pm, which can mean that if you need something outside those hours you need to modify your schedule just for this - sometimes difficult if you are a busy traveller with limited time in Sydney. The room bed was very soft, not offering much back support, and the pillows very high, which wasn’t great for the neck. Until they managed to change our room to a newer, quieter and more comfortable one, due to all the reasons above we had 3 nights of poor sleep. Oh, and something as simple as a missing hair dryer from the room also became a problem when they didn’t sort it out until 3 days after, even though we communicated this from day 1. Overall mediocre service.

Plenty of space in the apartment, and enough to do some very basic cooking. They also agreed to change our room to a more quiet one for the last 2 nights - this is the only reason why I didn’t give this accommodation 6 stars, instead of 7.

Had to keep requesting for toiletries and tea coffee milk very frequently as they would only give a couple at a time. A little renovation in the apartments, esp carpet and furniture, would be good.

It had everything we needed for the short stay! The kitchen was equipped with utensils. The bathroom was good sized, loved that we had a washing machine, super useful as we travelled across the world. The bed was comfortable and AC was working well. Our room had a lot of sunlight and air which we loved. The wifi also worked just fine - we had expected it to be much worse given the reviews. Close to the station and bus stops and restaurants.

Wifi was slow and on a couple of occasions didn’t work, shower leaked and average cleanliness.

Excellent location, comfortable bed, good facilities, access very easy with 2 cards provided.

There were two very small concrete steps - both only about 2cm high - between the kitchen area and lounge and the lounge and dining area. Unfolding they were too small to be very noticeable but large enough to constantly bang toes on. Also road noise was quite noticeable

Wifi was on and off and kitchen could use a serving dishes and bigger frying pan.

Great front desk staff, very helpful. Bathroom was well appointed with plenty of hot & cold water. There was a washer/dryer in the bathroom that came in handy. Good location just a few minutes walk from King's Cross train station.

Room was a little tired, in need of a fresh coat of paint and a refresh. My room on level 2 was a little noisy with the windows open (buses, people, traffic).

The room had everything we could need. Great location close to the station and lots of great bars, restaurants and cafes.

Loved the location, just round the corner from Kings Cross, clicked on and off to Circular Key and you could click on and off any bus,train or ferry for 9 dollars each all day. Coles supermarket and Liquorland near by.

We have phones, but a page of local info is quicker and more convenient. eg. location/distance to food shops (Coles/Woolies). Distance to bus and train routes - and where they go. Distance to local venues, beaches, places of interest.

Loved having the washing machine - and appreciated the laundry liquid. Great location.

It is now very tired. It will close at the end of April and it is obvious. Such a shame as we are repeat visitors. There is no double glazing hence very noisy.

Super easy and accessible, within an easy 5 minute walk to King Cross station. Room was nice and tidy and met our needs as we used it for a base for our day time excursions. Luggage storage was an absolute bonus for us, exactly what we needed to hold our bags between check out time and going to the airport. Meant we were able to head out and do a bit more exploring before we left the city
