Very 1980 vintage decor.

Pool, sauna, spa outdoor bbq were a great addition to end the day. Views from the apartment were amazing! Very friendly staff. Easy parking.

Lack of sharp knives for cooking, maybe a basic sandwich press would be a cheap add to the kitchen facilities. Also some oven trays and cutting boards would be great. And maybe dishwashing detergent and a chux

Queen bed was not big enough and mattress was cheap and not very comfortable. It needs a pillow-top instead of the waterproof underlay.

Location is close to beach, Northcliffe Surf Club and tram station. Only a short walk or 2 tram stops to Cavill Avenue. Very modern and clean and great views from the rooms.

Bathroom could do with an update and water temperature kept changing. Kitchen could do with a few more essentials.

The apartment was large and well appointed. Plenty of room for two people and beds were large and comfy. The building and facilities were well maintained. The location is nice and close to the beach and an easy walk to Surfers township.

Lifts take so long to come to your floor we were there for my daughter Swimming competition we were always leaving with extra 15 mins early cause of the lift issue , also there was construction happening beside our room i know it’s out of your hands but was a bit noisy

Could have been cleaner - there were large clumps of hair in the bathroom and food under the cushions in the living room. Bed in main bedroom wasn’t very comfortable.

Great sized unit with excellent layout suitable for a family . Fabulous views. Well equiped kitchen . Large fridge. Nice pool area.

If you're on the western side you will get a LOT of sun in the afternoon which is a good test for the aircon - even in the cooler months. The reception hours are shorter than usual - but there's an intercom system to help when no one is around at least.

Lower floors will get some of the noise from the occasional tram/traffic but otherwise, this is a quiet building in a good location. 15 minute walk to the centre of Surfers (and supermarket) and the beach is only a couple of hundred meters away. My single room and HEAPS of room and was very comfortable with nice balconies. Nice modern pool and gym equipment available too. There's also clean, secure parking downstairs that's not too awkward to navigate even with a larger car or van.

Our second stay here, each time we've stayed over a week, great location family friendly good size room value for money. The room we were in this time is due for a freshn up paint, etc, but overall, a great stay.

It was a little dirty and rundown. Sofas were all stained and so smelly they need a good steam clean and the oven was filthy covered up with tin foil. Dead cockroaches in cupboards. The toaster kept tripping the electricity. The skirting boards were so filthy and the floor was so sticky like it was not cleaned for our arrival. We had an outside bbq that was so rusted you could not use it.

Just an unusual design, all the mirrors were abit much, the one toilet paper was weird and no uht milk isn’t normal. Ive always had some at all apartments ive been to. I guess not that im aware but to let guests know that theres no service. That when u run out of paper you have to buy more. That $200 would be deducted before you have even checked in! Felt that was rude without me knowing. Maybe i didnt see it checking in but i was surprised The door out to the balcony were super dirty, an it made the whole place seem underrated. When the main doors looking outside your apartment are dirty.

The apartment was not too clean. I am not sure if it hadn't been used for a while but there was a lot of dust and dirt around. We had some Dettol wipes so just used them to clean. I think it had just had the main areas cleaned but not the other bits around the kitchen the dining table and the table outside. It needed a bit of a deep clean which is what I also see written in other reviews.

The reception staff were beautiful. They moved us from a 1 bed apartment to a 2 bed one. We had a partial view but I think it really is just a beach view! It was fantastic. We had so much space for the two of us and having two bathrooms was a game changer! Our room was quiet and felt very safe. The pool, sauna and spa looked lovely but I never had time to use any of them sadly! The hotel is close to the beach and also the light rail. It was easy to walk up to Surfers Paradise or get the light rail 2 stops to Broadbeach for dinner. I could have happily moved in! The power of the shower was probably better than any I have had in my whole life! It was excellent!
