Leaving. We didn’t want to leave this wonderful cottage

The location is exceptionally good surrounded by vineyards and located centrally to visit Barossa and surrounding wine regions. Very good breakfast pack provided. Everything we needed and more.

The couch in the living room needs to be replaced was very uncomfortable and no other option for sitting in that room . Just worn out , it happens .

Nothing - we loved it all

Loved sitting under the willow and mulberry trees overlooking the vines, sipping the chilled rose that was ready for us on arrival.

The Vines didn't have a tumble dryer which I feel is absolutely needed for when you have a few nights stay and especially as we were still travelling , a big disappointment as we chose to stay in fully self contained cottage. It also surprised me that there wasn't heating in the bathroom as the Barossa can get so very cold. You do need to drive to cafes, eating places etc however the flip side is you are right in a vineyard which was our preferred option for this stay.

We stayed in a cottage named the Vines, it was excellent, extremely comfortable with large leather lounge, great kitchen facilities and the bedroom and bathroom large with lovely views from the cottage over the vineyard. Our breakfast was wonderful with everything fresh from local suppliers to enjoy. We had a lovely bottle of champagne in the fridge waiting for us to celebrate our wedding anniversary and I couldn't speak more highly of Kayley for her help and advice when we realised we didn't have a tumble dryer, she went above and beyond to help us during our stay which was so greatly appreciated.

The fact we couldn't stay longer!

We stayed in the Willows with friends. The surroundings, gardens and views of the wonderful Barossa as well as the close proximity to the town of Lyndoch, made walking or accessing the riding trails very easy. The breakfast provisions were plentiful and delicious. A very comfortable and well maintained place to stay.

Beautiful Country Cottage located within vineyards. The accommodation is tastefully decorated, reminiscent of a bygone era with a modern well appointed kitchen and modern bathroom. Centrally located in the heart of the Barossa with great pub food nearby.

Perfect location and amenities. We needed nothing, everything was supplied. The breakfast supply were varied and plentiful, accommodating our lactose free daughter as well. It was a great mother and daughter staycation.

Whole house was heated. The bathrooms had Vasse Virgin products, very premium and nice way to showcase an Australian brand. House was very clean. Had an instructions manual folder. Fresh produce were provided to us, eggs, bacon, milk, oat milk etc. Would come back to stay at next visit.

Heating was a little unevenly distributed.

We were moved to the Barn (next to our originally booked accommodation). Perfectly stocked kitchen and plenty of fresh mandarins in the garden which we were welcomed to harvest! Louise was absolutely perfect in making us feel at home.
