The wifi signal is terrible. The bathroom door knobs should have locks in it for privacy reasons.

The staff was very accommodating to our request to move the dates of stay due to bad weather and also upgraded one of the rooms to be close to the other rooms. The room is clean and has the basic facilities needed. The location is great.

I paid through online but property manager said my card was declined and I paid two times, he said me he will refund my money back but till yet I didn’t get any refund .

There is no air con / heater in the rooms. Only the living room have a split system.

We booked the 2 bedroom apartment for 2 nights for the Easter long weekend. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary cutlery and utensils. Location is perfect. All the places are within 5 to 10 mins drive.

The bed was too soft for me, but that's only because I love hard mattresses.

The staff were great. Accommodated a late check in and communicated it well to me. The room was big and everything I needed.

Just Inconsiderate noisy neighbours (guests) on night one,who were loud & rowdy until 2am not great after a long drive, despite accomodation info asking for quiet time after 22:00 .

Close to shopping centres, food, river and centre of town. Great base, clean,neat and tidy, self contained, friendly, helpful staff .

Stove and microwave but no oven... which in fairness was as described. My fault for not reading.

Large apartment at the Blue Whale Motel, west of town, on the Princes Highway. Two comfortable rooms, a double for my dad, and a double plus single for us and the toddler. Great for one night on our road trip. Staff very helpful. We left some of our toddler's stuffed toys and the manager helped get these returned to us in Melbourne.

Not near the beach side.

Property is clean and comfy, especially thanks for the heater bed, kept us warm all the time. Service is efficient, toilet got stuck, come to repair and resolved very quickly even out of the reception hour, >9pm.

Be prepared to carry bags upstairs if your room is on upper floor.

We liked that we were able to book accommodation in our price range as I booked only night before and there was very little availability in Warrnambool, being long weekend. Room was good size along with spacious bathroom. Spa was relaxing and I like having separate roomed toilet. I was concerned highway traffic may disturb us during night but this wasn't the case at all. We experienced a good night's sleep. Manager was friendly & followed up on our request of staying 2nd night which we appreciated.

Shower water was often just cold. Not even warm. We spoke to the proprietor near the end and our last showers were hot. The price had more than doubled from 2 years previously and we were quite disappointed by that. We understand that the rent of the property has doubled.

Roomy and easily accessed. They were happy for us to park our trailer at the rear of our room. We had to separate rooms which gave us privacy. Aircon worked well.

In the the unit that we stayed in, there was only one very small frying pan provided and it was made of an uncoated stainless steel which was so hard to clean, that it took several minutes of grinding just to remove soot and unwanted food debris. No spatula present, just a long soup spoon made of wood. So it was such a challenge to cook food.

The linens used for bedding were clean. The bed itself is medium to hard comfort which suited our needs. Excellent reception on Netflix and YouTube streaming. The Spa was amazing and the bathroom looked like it has recently been re-done.
