눉After having booked two apartments under the one name several weeks prior to our arrival date I was very disappointed to be told a couple of days before we got there that the two units were in entirely separate places. They were not even side by side or across the road but were some 2 to 3 hundred metres away making dining together, travelling to other venues together some what difficult. When I asked if there was a pool in the complex I was told no but there was one in the block across the road, well surprise surprise there was no block of units accross the road. One of the unit blocks was nothing like the one I had chosen on the web site but being a two storey place at least it had a toilet downstairs whereas in the other unit you had to go up several stairs every time you needed to use one. There were vertical slats missing on the blinds on the bedroom windows and for a three bedroom unit there were only 2 outdoor chairs. Then there was an extra charge of $20 per unit to arrive one hour early, there was no reception area or any one to speak to just a text message advising of the codes to enter the front doors and garage. Not a place I would recommend to anyone, I found the customer service lacking bit time.
눇At the time of making my initial booking I liked that there was a group of 8 ladies and we were going to be able to stay in the same complex. The picture of the units shown on the website was quite misleading and disappointing. Why would you book two units in the same name for the same period if you didn't want to be close together. Having to walk some distance back and forth to each other's unit was very annoying, particularly when there were some older ladies in our group.

눉The attitude of reception staff when calling regarding issues was poor and insincere. A chair broke under a family member and there was no apology or concern shown. Yes, they replaced the chair but, no apology or checking on the guest was given. When another family walked in (another booking) when we hadn't even checked out, reception staff were fast to blame the cleaner for reporting it ready, rather than apologising for the incident. Although our booking showed we were there for 3 nights, they had the next client checked in on our second day.
