The mattress is very uncomfortable and needs updating. My partner had to sleep on small leather lounge as mattress giving him grief. Suggest it be upgraded.

Overall great, right across from beach, 5min walk to main street where shops and food is. Pool beautiful and complex was quiet and kept very clean. Views from room stunning.

Dryer didn’t work and entrance to pool wasn’t child friendly but neither of these impacted our stay.

The location was perfect. Easy walking distance to everything. Plenty of space for our family. Facilities were clean and modern.

Small thing but no extra toilet rolls

A few basic items would have been helpful as we had travelled internationally and with a family would have been handy to borrow. Dish cloth, dish liquid etc

The toiletries provided consisted of 2 small soaps per bathroom. No shampoo / bodywash were provided. Also, while the kitchen was well stocked with plates, glasses, cups , cutlery, pots and pans etc. there were no condiments (not even salt and pepper). First time that I have come across an empty kitchen pantry.

Layout of apartment was great, with lots of space. The view from the balcony was brilliant!

February heat-Split System Air conditioner only in lounge room which meant the cool air just couldn’t make its way to cool bedrooms down. Couldn’t shut bedroom doors for privacy at night as bedrooms became hot boxes even though there was a ceiling fan in bedrooms. Tip-Have stayed in other apartment last year looking south in month of April and didn’t have this issue so perhaps check which side your apartment will be.

View, view, view! If you like a walk then this property is perfect to supermarket and restaurants.

The dishwasher didn't work (not a big problem for us), and the couches looked great, but for some reason, we found them not to be very comfortable

Location was fantastic, right on the beach and short walk to the heart of Broadbeach. The facilities at the complex were fantastic. The apartment had been renovated, and the views were incredible

Each unit varies in design & comfort depending on the what the owner puts in as well as maintenance & up keep.

The view was absolutely spectacular & the facilities of the resort & location is good! Directly across from the beach & walking distance to shops & restaurants.

The unit we stayed in could just do with a very good clean. Lots of dust on floor / skirting boards. Hair in bathrooms. A little bit of an ant issue in the bedrooms. Also a lot of the fixtures need repaired. Lamps didn’t work and were rusty. Just a few little repair jobs needed around the place. Also you may wish to consider blinds in the ensuite. People in the property opposite could see directly into the toilet/shower especially when the light was on.

Beautiful location and easy check in. Close to restaurants and shops. All with walking distance.

There were no toiletries in the bathrooms and not adequate cleaning gear in the kitchen. When you travel to stay for a few days it is annoying to have to buy all these products as you can’t but them in small amounts.

The view of the beach was spectacular, the location on the beachfront was great so it was just a short walk across the road to access the beautiful beach, which we did every day.The pool, sauna and hot spa were beautiful, clean and easy private access. It was a short walk ( couple of blocks) to Urban Fish and cafe for healthy eating and excellent breakfasts.

There was no exhaust fan in the en-suite and one in the main bathroom was not very effective.

Location was excellent. Unobstructed Sea view and city view. Rooms were spacious. Walking distance to Broad beech shops and restaurants and 5 min drive to Surfers Paradise.
