Wifi was not available unless you register for a membership. Which is not a normal for other hotels I stayed. Also entertainment/smart TV was poor. No Netflix/YouTube etc or pay TV were available.

Rooms/facility is spacious. Good size.

Apartment was not clean. Dirty vents, sheets had stains on them and plates needed a clean. Balcony had no blind on the doors, making the apartment very bright in the early hours. One had been there but not replaced.

The room was very outdated. The television in the lounge room wasn't a smart TV. Getting in and out of the shower was problematic and an accident just waiting to happen.

Lack of shade areas round the pool ..very poor needs umbrellas or shade cloths.. no place to hang clothes in pool changing room needs a bench

It is a bit of a maze. 3 separate buildings with different parking areas. Takes a bit to work out what gets you where. They had a tradie drilling at 7am. No problem for me as I was up and about but would have been a bit nonplussed if I was on holiday. Laughable considering there’s a notice in the lift saying no excessive noise before 8am…

Location on the waterfront (well, across the road) and ideal to access the esplanade. Heaps of local restaurants within easy walking distance.

Inside was quite dated and the couch seemed to be breaking when we sat down but still amazing place to stay.

The pool was amazing for our young family big and had lots of shallow areas, room was spacious.

Staff really friendly and easy to talk to. The pool area and BBQ area great for families and kids just love the pool. The complex is in such a handy position with the excellent view over bullock beach and the shopping just close by.

The room itself probably wasn't the nicest for the money, a bit aged and nothing particularly nice about the decor. The spa was extremely chlorinated, guess it has to be but it made it a bit unpleasant especially the first time we used it, the spa is also tucked away on the terrace and unfortunately doesn't get any real view.

We were in one of the spa units. Having our own private spa on the terrace above was great and handy having a washer and dryer too. Balcony had nice views across the pool and water. A very short walk to nice restaurants and bullcock swimming reserve. The pool was good, usually not too crowded.

Room wasn’t ready as promised at 2pm! Travelling with disabled mother and two small children so had to sit around and wait for room to be cleaned. Paid a lot of money to have time taken away from our trip! Beds not very comfortable. Had a rough couple of nights sleep with only a top sheet for cover. No duvets on beds so had to use scratchy blanket from wardrobe which I doubt was regularly washed. Grill was filthy and just covered over with al foil. Pool was lovely and inviting but hardly any umbrellas or shade so you’re right in the sun the whole time.

Nice hotel situated right on the beachfront with easy access to cafes and restaurants. Nice spacious rooms with balcony

Rooms on the Tay Ave side were hot, otherwise very good apartment and good view to beach, with nice veranda.

Fantastic location, situated close to main street of Caloundra and across the road from Bullcock Beach, and lots of lovely cafes. Easy access to the Markets on Sunday and to the second hand book store across the road.

The air conditioner could be stronger on hot days; just need a whisk or egg beater when cooking-baking. Need another set of cutlery for 5-there were cutlery enough for 4. Other than that-all is great.

Perfect location to unwind after the years work. Family enjoyed it-close to everything. Staff were brilliant and caring-attending to all queries and needs.
