It is old and with an update would be absolutely perfect.

A perfect location with parking (although no lift from the car park), a beautiful courtyard leading onto the river boardwalk. Pool also beautiful.

Our apartment was adequate and comfortable but the decor was dated. The cleanliness was ok but there was dust everywhere - tv cabinet, bedhead, corners , hair in bathroom drawers etc.. It needs a deep clean and refresh. It was also on the 3rd floor and no lifts.

The complex is nice. Lovely gardens and pool. Location is great. Overlooking the river and close to restaurants etc

Uncomfortable beds and Having to lug bags up 3 flights of stairs on arrival and leaving wasn’t great for our backs especially when we are not young.

Unit needs updating, furniture falling apart, Carpet really dirty, empty drink bottle under the couch, no coffee maker. Sewer back up while we were there, no water For 6 hours, but good communication around the issue.

The unit was tied and needed a make over, damaged walls etc. It had not been thoroughly cleaned some rubbish not removed and carpet not cleaned adequately.

The location was outstanding as we overlooked the River. Close to hospitality outlets and the CBD. The ferry system was easily accessed and great to use.

The turkey's/birds that distracted sleep around 5am in the morning. They were worse than street dogs. My last night at the apartment was so scary with big door bangs every 10mins. Called after hours reception and was told security will do the petrol. Next door neighbours were way too loud after 10pm.

the carpet in the appartment was a bit old. Also it was not completely clean upon arrival.

The location is wonderful. Walking distance to ferries and the river and Storybridge also within walking distance. The best part is the garden with beautiful swimmingpool, really lovely!

This is our 2nd time stay as location is great with dedicated undercover car park, although both time has minor problems inside of the room. First time was that room light wasn't working in one room, and TV wasn't working. We asked to fix it duling the stay for a week, but no one come to fix it. This time, the bed linen and pillow cases were smelled like wet towel get dried so needed to wash before go to sleep. And ants in the living room floor (we stayed in the 3rd floor) so kept feet off from the carpet. It is warmer month so happening happens, maybe. It is a small thing but we felt a bit shame.

The apartment is a prime position. Close to the city cat ferry station, beautiful walkway along side of the river to the city, southbank and botanical garden. Cafes and little shops and fabulous french bakery nearby. The apartment is tacked in the garden and quiet so we had good holiday. The reception stuff are also very friendly. Unfortunately weather wasn't great so didn't swim this time but the pool area also family friendly.

The property is old and doesn't not have very confirmable bed. The Kitchen and bathroom are not stocked well.

The best part of the accommodation was it location. Great view and proximity to sites and main highway.

Unfortunately the cleanliness of the apartment was sub standard. We ended up not being able to use the ensuite bathroom because of the rank smell of the drains, the drains needed a good flush out and some bleach to get rid of the smell. The hand basin wasn't great, we weren't sure if it had been cleaned after the previous guests. The windows and fly screens were dirty and dusty and there was sand all over the balcony area. Generally the cleaners have done a poor job. We had trouble checking out, the office wasn't open at 8.45am, there was no external key drop box that we were able to access.

The location was excellent as were the views. The grounds and gardens were beautiful and it was reasonably quiet. The apartment was spacious and the linen was of a good quality and clean.
