Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Room service could’ve cleaned our room a bit more then it was cleaned daily.
We stayed for 3 nights and was happy with the overall experience. All the staff was so nice and helpful especially the ladies in the restaurant. Our room was good and there was enough space for my 1 year old and 3 year old to feel comfortable.

There are no changes that we can recommend
The staff were welcoming and very helpful. Assumed we were heavily jet lacked (luckily not true), however, due to this they explained everything well. Very close to where we ended up picking up the motorhome which was handy. When we were waiting for our lift, we were able to use the pool facilities which were excellent. The other half liked that there was a shelter at the pool side The spa bath was fab especially after a long travel day.

Restaurant was shut on a public holiday, found that a wee bit strange for a hotel and it changed our plans. Everything else was great.
Location was handy to the airport. The room was an apartment style hotel room, spacious, modern and comfortable. Staff were great and check-in was smooth.

If your a light sleeper recommend not to stay in the rooms in 300's double storey apartment block as you will be listening to traffic for most of the night especially the end one next to road. Unfortunately we had civil work below our windows on last night exceeding the noise level and did not stop untiil late in the night.

I went for a concert, it was close to the venue and the hotel even offered a shuttle to and from the event. Was very happy with the service

A better chair to relax in after a long day of training. Lazy boy would be great! I wish the breakfast buffet was hotter, most things were luke warm.
Plenty of room in the unit. Restaurant was lovely and very easy to get a table Wait staff were very helpful and approachable. Rooms were very clean.

Bed kept moving threw the night. And the random window next to the bathroom don't have a shade on them and from sunrise Ur blinded awake. The breakfast at the restaurant on site was pathetic and expensive, coffee was mediorcre most of the food was cold or hard as a rock.
Loved the staff always so accommodating. Rooms are usually quiet clean and mostly soundproofed

Restaurant was closed when we were there but not really a hassle as there are plenty of places to go nearby.
Very handy for the airport and a nice clean room. The staff were lovely and really helpful. Felt safe staying there.

Not so close to the airport. Cafe had short opening hours and only adjacent putting cafe open after breakfast. They had an extremely limited offering and not very helpful service!
A friendly last minute refuge for an unplanned night in Brisbane. Comfortable bed. Helpful hotel staff. Large room.

There was a slight smell in the bathroom from the drains. The restaurant air-con was struggling to keep the space cool.

This is the only hotel I have stayed in that they take $150 from your credit card to pay for any damages. They release the $150 if they deem your room has not been damage. For this reason I will NOT stay again nor recommend this Hotel.
The location for attending events on the north side of Brisbane is great. The rooms are really comfortable and clean

There was some very noisy roadworks right outside our room on the road. went on for a very long time. Had difficulty sleeping after being jolted awake. I'm not blaming the motel for that, beyond there control.

It didn’t include breakfast & the distance away from anything.
It was clean, the size of the room was greater plenty of room to open suitcases. The bed was comfy.
