I can't say i didn't like anything. I didn't read the property description and was a little upset that it had stairs. And that parking was not out the front but around the corner on the opposite side in a private car park where i could not see me vehicle. Just taught me to read booking.com better before booking

Very modern apartment with everything you need. So close to everything, walking distance to shops. Once I got up the stairs into the apartment I was pleasantly surprised how nice it was. I would highly recommend to others

A map would assist, as whilst the instructions were good, first time check in, you needed to think about what you were doing and maybe a map with the check in instructions would reduce the first time check in anxiety of am I in the correct car spot for example

The slight cracks in the blinds mean that anyone walking down the street and peeping in can see us asleep.

Cute little apartment located on quiet street at the back of the city. Over looking some sort of shipping yard. Sizeable room with everything u need for a night.

There are a lot of stairs up to apt 1 & 2. And the parking is across the street and it was quite a walk away from the entrance to the apartments.

The apartment was very modern and stylish.

Possibly the location was not the best. We parked our car outside the first and had the car egged at night. Second night we parked in the allotted car space which was okay.

It was a cute compact little apartment with everything in it necessary. It was very close to the cbd.

A few provisions were available , but basically we brought our own requirements. Liked convenient bag of ice in freezer. Would have liked opening windows in bedrooms for fresh air.

Unfortunately, the apartment was right opposite the railroad, and at 4 am, they were loading containers onto the ships and trains. The people in the apartment beside us also had a 30th birthday and New Year’s party so there was quite a lot of noise.

Was easy to find and Close to the penguins and the foreshore. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed.

The accomodation was at a different location to the listing which was a bit confusing but I figured that out pretty early on after looking at their website. Layout of "12 Paraka St" accommodation was really bad with the toilet located at the back of the house well out of the way of the bedrooms. Shower kept blocking when even having a couple of minute showers. No dryer like listing states (which hindered our stay, as we had booked it for that). Not enough hand soap just one bottle for the whole house. 3 x bin liners for our stay of a week in total. Dishsoap had been watered down and nearly empty had to request more. Not enough stock supplies in the cupboard, did have enough milk in the fridge.The photos of the bathroom do not match the listing (photos attached).

The communication to check-in was good. Location of accommodation at "12 Paraka St" was really nice. Located on a quiet street, lovely old house with a view of the ocean and the park with cherry blossums. Messaged midway through stay to see if we needed anything which we did for our week long stay, very prompt to dropoff no questions asked. Bed was super comfortable and oven works great.

The landing near the bathroom was potentially quite dangerous without a guard rail and just a narrow step down into the main room. It's good that there is a grab rail but we felt there was a risk of stepping off the landing accidentally. We were careful and stayed safe but did feel worried about this.

Everything needed for a short stay was provided and parking was convenient.

Spa didnt work. Had a awful smell at the rear of the apartment. Needs soundproofing as there is alot of noise coming from the rail yard, found it really hard to get work done with all the noise unfortunately.

The large room accommodates for a large family.
