The room was mostly clean but could have used a better dusting in some areas, especially around the tv (and remote was dusty). The bed was comfy but a bit soft for my liking and shook like a boat in a storm when my partner moved at all. The tv wasn’t connected to the wifi so I couldn’t screen mirror from my iPhone.

The location was absolutely perfect - we were less than 10mins walk from almost everywhere we wanted to go. Either the sound proofing was fantastic or there was no one staying near us because I didn’t hear a thing. The air conditioner was very quiet and worked great. Wifi was very fast and never dropped out. The pool was good and the gym was great. The room was very well sized and nicely laid out. I especially loved that the bathroom vanity was in a separate room from the shower and toilet. Kitchenette was very convenient.

Pillows too high and hard . No room service for 2 night stay ....this wasn’t a problem for me but I wasn’t aware of this policy. Corridor outside room not clean. Bottle top dropped on floor was still there 2 days later and carpet needed vacuuming.

Location. Location. Tram stop outside front door. Very easy from skybus terminal to catch tram across road at Bourke st. Would stay again because of this. Room clean with kitchen facilities. Good shower. Lucky to have city view and quiet as some rooms face wall of other building. Front desk staff pleasant. Spacious lobby.

We could not use the bathroom sink at all as it would not drain. Had to use the kitchen sink to brush our teeth and wash our hands.

The location was perfect, everything was within walking distance: Chinatown, malls, restaurants, trams…

Housekeeping missed us on the day we were told they would come. We then just asked for new towels and that happened promptly. No other shortcomings.

Single beds were requested and provided. Kitchen facilities more than adequate. Just needed ice. Perfect position as tram stop straight outside to CBD. Reception staff were beautiful and no request was too much trouble.24 hours reception enabled us to leave early on final day. Was a lovely experience all round and would book here again.

This is the second time we have stayed here. The room wasn’t as clean this time. Two bowls still had food residue in the bottom, the cutting board looked like it had mould on it (I took a picture), the safe wasn’t working and we had to wait until the following day to be able to store our valuables, there was no plug in the kitchen sink.

I have stayed here many times. I like the location and normally the rooms are cute and bright coloured but this time i was placed on a lower floor with no view, no colour and it felt old and run down.

Bed comfort. Bed was quite hard, as were the pillows. Also, some extra cutlery, milk portions and dish soap would be great in the room.

Location is excellent and central to just about everything. Tram service is right at the door. Room very clean and staff were helpful and arranged for new TV cable missing from room. The concierge staff were also very helpful at check in.
