Pillows a bit flat. Wifi very poor. Would have been nice to have a jug of cold water in the fridge. Otherwise excellent and comfortable stay. It would have been easier to cook if we had hired a car to drive and do shopping. Underestimated walking distances in the heat. A long walk to rustys markets. No reflection on our accomodation at all just providing helpful information for other travellers.

Wonderful view from our room. Great air-conditioning. Loved swimming in the pool. Location easy to get to other places. Easy to get picked up for tour of the reef and skyrail. Rooms clean plenty of space for our clothes. Handy to have a washing machine and dryer Showers had excellent water pressure. Easy to have food delivered if you are tired and don't want to cook. Location was nice and quite. Swimming pool never busy.

Property is dated and basic decor. Bathroom very small. Some of the dishes in the cupboards were not clean. Poor internet. Needs to be upgraded.

Clear instructions for after hours checkin. Secure parking spot. Lots of space.

WiFi was weak. Even though it is fully self contained, there should be an out of hours WhatsApp or the like - one never knows (e.g. being locked out).

Had a great time here at Coral Towers. We stayed during Christmas so the office was closed most of the time. We were unable to use any of the staff services with regards to booking tours and such, but we managed to find our way around. When I finally did meet Sandy, she was lovely and very helpful! The taxis were easily accessible from this location, the walk to the Esplanade Lagoon was only 2.5 km, and the view from the room was FANTASTIC!

I didn't like the fact they had no doona. They only had these l light blanket that didn't keep you warm with the aircon or fan on all night while we slept.

Loved how beautiful the view was and the layout of the apartment. Loved that we had a dryer and washing machine.

Staff allotted a sea view apartment for our family and found a good parking place for my large car.

The unit was very clean whilst the furniture could have an update it was comfortable. The view was great just what I asked for Sea Views, close to town. The management friendly and accommodating of all of our needs nothing was a problem. I would not hesitate to recommend people of our ages over 70's.

The kitchen was a little dated but usable.

Our 2 bedroom side apartment was on level 7 and was so clean and modern. Very comfortable beds, lounges and dining table. Loved the balcony and sea breezes were spectacular. The pool was crystal clear and the spa was beautifully warm. The staff were so nice as well. Quiet area especially at night. Air con and fans in all rooms were excellent. Be aware building is dated in general and wifi average but suburb value for money.

Not much sound proofing so the traffic noise on wet roads was very noticeable even one storey up.

Comfortable, very spacious, secure car parking, lift to upper floors so no worries with heavy luggage, 3 superb balconies with views across promenade park out to sea. All facilities we needed including separate air con in each room.

Great location on cairns esplanade with views of the shore front. 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment in secure building with undercover off street parking. Would definitely recommend to other family's.

Air circulation in the bathrooms not so good. Extractor fans would help.

Location was good, just a bit too far to walk into town & to the boat terminal. Parking on site good. Pool & bbq facilities good. Overall an enjoyable stay.
