Comfy, cosy and beautiful villa surrounded by a green garden, very private. Parking was close by - just at the front gate and the location was very close to shops and attractions. A great price and very quiet. The bed was very comfortable.

Only thing that was a slight inconvenience was that the BBQ plate was dirty and rusted but didnt take long to clean and didn't take away from the experience or the trip. All in all a good place to stay!

Location was great, close to shops and attractions. It was also fairly secluded away from the town and noise and nice to come back to a quite retreat. The host Maralyn was very friendly and explained everything really well.

Lighting in the house could be brighter.

Owner met us at the Villa and showed us around the house. Parking is indeed abit tight and requires some skills. It is winter period and the electric blankets and light heaters in the bathroom provided us some comfort.

It would have been nice to have a better range of board games and in good condition. The sofa bed was a bit hard to figure out, but our eldest child said it was comfy. The car space was a little tight.

The place was spacious and the gardens were gorgeous. We stayed in more than we had planned due to the rain, but we didn't mind as the place was warm and comfortable and the entertainment centre well set up. The place was great value for a family of five.

Dear little villa with everything we could possibly need for a few days away. Maralyn was friendly and accommodating, garden was beautiful and the property was wonderfully QUIET! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, all the extras like DVDs and books and games and we will surely be back!

We had a terrific stay at Crimson Villa. Great location, lovely home, kept beautifully clean, felt very homely and comfortable. It was lovely and quiet and enjoyed feeding the birds in the morning. Will definitely recommend and will stay there again next time we’re in Katoomba. Thankyou very much to our host for settling us in and for all the recommendations for the local area. Loved our stay. 😁
