Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

The beds were very comfortable, location was great- very close to seven mile beach, loved the petting zoo that was there for the school holidays.

lol, there was no coffee machine.
Firstly, the reception staff were friendly and very helpful. Secondly, this park is a secured area with a boom gate which means people cannot just drive through unless they’re staying in the park grounds. Our bungalow was nestled amongst trees and ferns making it feel lush and green. There was easy access into the bungalow from the driveway. Inside was clean, light and airy. Kitchen had everything necessary for cooking, heating and refrigeration. Pleasant dining and lounge area. TV and AC was provided. A BBQ was on the verandah with another table to dine at. Bathroom was amazingly spacious with awesome shower and vanity. Separate toilet and basin. Bedrooms had everything required for a restful sleep. All you need to bring is food! Great layout of the village with a pool, jumping pillow, playground, mini golf and pedal carts and lots of space for the kids to play in. Roads are sealed and well sign-posted. Such a nice ambience to either relax, re-energise or just laze around. Great base for many attractions, such as: cafes and restaurants, beaches and parklands, Minamurra Falls, Jamberoo, wetlands, farmer’s market and much more. The park is on the river and five minutes from the beach. Would highly recommend and would visit again in the future. Definitely 9/10. 😀

The cabin needs a few repairs (the towel rail was off the wall for example), and some of the crockery was dirty.
The cabin was clean and had the usual amenities. The view out over the river was a wonderful thing to wake up to in the morning. Our child adored the bouncing pillow. Lovely and quiet being off peak.

Pillows a little too soft/flat.

The second bedroom was a bit hot, air con wouldve been good in there. The golf course and the buggys were very old!

Nothing not to like really was great overall
Was very well maintained and clean. The park was very quiet overall and great for kids. In between so many beautiful beach locations aswell is a big plus

The pillows were terrible,far too low I had to use 3 at once. Also the shower in my unit leaked water out on the floor when I used it.

I did not like that, the bathroom doors did not shut completely as it had a moved. The park is a bit old and the facilities are not new. But I have grown up going to Caravan Parks, and know, this is what I would geting for the price we paid.
I liked how easy it was to get around the park and how use a friendly the facilities were. The kitchen in our cabin had everything we needed to cook our own food and save money. I also liked how easy it was to check in and out. I would recommend this place to other people.

No TV reception 99% of the time. Othets did not seem to have the problem. Neighbours were contantly smoking on their verandah which blew into our bedroom. DVD stopped all the time.
Being so close to the River, hearing the ocean and the wind in the she oaks. Comfortable bed, good kitchen, great shower.

It was for four adults and the bunk wasn’t in the photos so we assumed it was two double beds. We were two couples so one couple had to sleep in single bunks which want really fair.
I liked how close it is to the beach.

The rest of the park is quite crowded with permanent vans.
Beat cabins we have stayed in. They were huge and modern and in a great spot in the park.
