Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Rooms and toilets were in good condition but little bit small, beds need to be bit bigger in size for couple. Although it was a pleasant stay at this place but i would constructively suggest to please change the carpets in the room as they are bit old and stuffy. Trays and cups were not clean enough in the cabinets. Please make such changes and provide much more cleaner environment. Thank you.
This place is located at very good location adjacent to multiple food options and shopping malls and also closest to the public transportation and city. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I will recommend to stay here as it is very economical and situated in good location.

My room was on the edge, intersection and tram stop outside so it was very noisy at times.

The air conditioning was not good. Carpet was older worth to change but clean. The mat under the sink was soaked with water. We took it out and got a cockroach on it, which we brought in and had to kill. There were more of them outside by the bins.
Hotel was nicely located on the tram line. We stayed on the ground floor. The room has a small compact bathroom. Nice lady on the reception, possible parking behind the hotel included.

Great location. Close to John Fawkner Hospital, which was the purpose of our stay. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. On-site secure parking was great.

It is a VERY basic room... bathroom, beds, TV & kettle. There was no microwave or toaster so you are forced to eat out unless you want cereal. Only 2 chairs for 3 people
The location is excellent...very close to the city and the main shopping strip in Brunswick. Tram at the door and easy walk to cafes and restaurants

They offered free and private parking that you will have a big key to unlock the door from carpark in case you come back late at night. Good value for money and comfortable. The Japanese restaurant is good taste.

When I first arrived I was placed in a room at the front of the hotel. Although this room was larger and had some extra little perks, like a balcony. It was the worst location. It was right on the road and was extremely noisy and I only got about 2 1/2 hours sleep that night. The rooms at the front of the property need some serious noise dampening modifications. If you stay here don't stay in a room at the front of the property I was in 17 and there was room 18 next to me. Also some rooms below. I asked to be moved the next morning and fortunately they were able to accommodate this. I was ready to move Hotels if they couldn't.
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They assisted me with local advice and whenever I had an issue they were able to assist and rectify them. The rooms are what you would expect from this level of Hotel and price range. However they were clean and functional, the only downside was the mold in the shower, always a turnoff for me. It is well located to public transport if this is something you need to consider.
