It is a nice cozy place and beds are very comfortable. Would use again when visiting Ballarat.

Everything amazing. The whole area costs more than what we'd usually been paying in other parts of Australia and this place was no different.

Really lovely host. Room was really five star and lovely and clean with every little thing thought of. Fast WiFi too.

Very cramped food preparation area and living area shared with the three single beds. Having said this the price was good and suited our needs for the stay as we only needed a base to sleep

Good communication with owner. Facilities were very clean with more than adequate crockery cutlery, ironing board etc provided.

As soon as we walked inside the doorway it felt like home! Fresh flowers in vases, real pot plants and neat as a pin with plenty of room to relax. A great location, quiet, easy to find and only a short walk to the local supermarket and takeaway etc.

Unfortunately no Internet and tv due to a storm. However Host was kind and brought torches until electricity came back on.

Very comfortable. Kind Host who shared helpful information about the local area. Very clean inside. Comfy beds. Close by to Soverign Hill. Worthwhile also visiting the art gallery and Botanical Gardens.

Very private and quiet location and not far from restuarants and shops. Large bedroom with comfy bed. A few amenities and fridge . Off street carpark.

The single beds are on the side of the living area, but this suited us fine with primary aged kids. BYO fresh milk for tea & coffee.

Spotlessly clean and fresh, absolutely no smells, not even fragrances from cleaning sprays. Great communication and help from the owner on one or two small queries I had. Lovely comfortable furnishings and linen. Often when staying away from home there are multiple small things missing that I notice, but here every little thing was thought of. The open fireplace was beautifully set, ready for lighting. Excellent value for money.

What a lovely place. And big enough for 5 people (one couple and three others) in lovely decor. Kitchen complete with toaster, kettle and microwave was a bonus that I wasn't really expecting. The bathroom was very modern and the shower accomodated the tallest of people and also the shortest having two shower types to choose from.

not much - As a morning tea drinker, I guess I'd have liked to known if there was (fresh!) milk in the fridge or not (there wasn't, so I would have bought some on the way if I'd known. but didn't think) that's about it, hard to fault anything else. The place was so outstanding this was hardly a 'negative'

Only that the air-conditioner is a bit noisy at night, going on and off, but not a big problem.

The guest house is spacious and beautifully decorated in a nice quiet area. We did not meet Denise, the host, in person, but she was very welcoming via messages. Would highly recommend staying there.

What a lovely place to stay whilst visiting Ballarat for the Begonia Festival. Myself and my Kelpie enjoyed our stay very much. Clean, comfortable and plenty of room. Including a large TV with Netflix, spa, dining area and 2 couches.

Dunstans Guest House was perfect. It was clean, very comfortable located close to the centre in a quiet suburb. It had everything we needed, including a fireplace fully set up, ready to light. Would definitely stay there again.

We were surprised by the whole set up. Not sure what we were expecting really but it was so well set out, spotlessly clean and really homely. A place you walked into and felt immediately comfortable - so good when you’ve travelled a long way.

The electric kettle would turn itself off before it boiled.

Very comfortable. A spacious and homely alternative to a motel room. I will stay there again.
