Very small , internet didn’t work and the first day heating didn’t work properly

Excellent little cottage - perfect for our short stay. Very clean and comfortable - great kitchen and living room. Beds were very comfortable. Very quiet.

There were limited kitchen utensils and pots, and no condiments, would be great if they have at least some condiments (eg. Salt, pepper, oil) on site. The games room was not very well maintained.

It was quiet and comfortable, staff is friendly. The mini golf was a hit and the access to swimming pool seems great too (but it was too cold when we went so we cannot comment)

Could have been better clean. Cockroaches in the room. Couldn't get WIFI connection. Amenities for a family of 4 was not enough for 2 nights stay.

The 2 bdrm cabin was very small and not very conducive to a share situation.

Location. Not too far from the CBD and well located to Sovereign Hill and the Ballarat Wildlife Park.

My only complaint is that in spite of repeated attempts, I was unable to connect to the free WiFi, I suspect because there are not enough portals for everyone staying at this large and busy holiday park, even children have devices these days. I am glad I only had a short stay as connecting with family 12,000 miles away could have proved expensive!

The lodge itself exceeded my expectations, it was a beautiful chalet with a veranda, compact yet spacious and with everything you would need for a self catering holiday, very clean and modern with air conditioning making it a relief to enter in extreme hot weather. I really enjoyed my short stay. It felt safe for a single traveller and gated access with a code meant I could come and go out of hours. The lodge had dedicated parking right outside. Would definitely stay again if I could have the same lodge, I loved it!

No Internet, despite being advertised as such, was unable to complete my work while there as I had to use my own data for slow access to the internet hotspotting of my phone, after spending the last 3 months in a second world country where I have no wifi issues, you can't supply it, dont advertise it

We were there for one night. Busy and only really slept at the park. Didn’t get a chance to use the pool, mini golf etc. so nothing really comes to mind. Maybe a new frypan? Nice clean accomodation for the five of us, on a busy weekend.

I forgot my phone charger and the staff went out of their way to lend me one to charge my phone. Our stay was in relation to a Veterans golf tournament so location was ideal. Would gladly return to this facility

We were quite disappointed that the Wi-Fi wasn't working. While we are away from home (Ireland) our main method of contacting people is via Wi-Fi connection, especially for my daughter. We also discovered that the air conditioning unit would not work for us. It was cold on arrival on Thursday night and we could have done with a bit of heat. It was fine on Friday night, as we didn't need it. We didn't complain at the time as it wasn't a huge issue, but it may need to be looked at as Winter is coming.

Great location, well laid out and equipped cabin, which was perfect for our needs. Very close to where we wanted to go i.e. to Sovereign Hill. Very comfortable cabin with plenty of space.

I think the room photos on booking.com didn’t match the actual room we were given. While it was clean and fine for our short stay, I was a little disappointed that the “cottage” I thought I had booked didn’t match my expectations. That being said the staff were so great with communication.

Lovely newly refurbished cabin in a quiet shady spot. The caravan park is small and well located. We had a great stay! I would have given it an 8 but the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, warranting an extra point. Would absolutely stay again.

Wifi didn't reach cabin as we were on edge of park Pool was actually public pool, so not opened as much as I would have liked,and too crowded. Bedrooms good size, shared space was tiny.

This was our second time staying at Eureka. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded upon arrival to a more modern cabin. The upgraded cabin was lovely. Spacious, well appointed, clean & modern. Having free access to the pool next door is so handy.

The renovations are terrific. [We've been in that cabin before.] But a cabin with sleeping for 5 and only 2 chairs!? The TV in the dining room is too high and too high. The remotes turn on both TVs! We'll be back!
