Cleanliness of the bathroom was a little lacking. Some spots near the toilet & under the sink that had dust/other people's hair which was a little disappointing. A hairdryer and/or some extra bathroom storage might be a good addition for those looking at more extended stays!

Location was excellent, minutes walk from Flinders Station & the main shopping/eating streets. Quiet room for being so central, cozy but workable. Host called beforehand to confirm arrival time & how to collect keys - very easy!

The pillows were not as good as we would have liked - a little old. The cooking utensils (fry pan) should be updated. The heater in the bathroom did not work.

The floor was concrete and not that nice to walk on, the couch was very lumpy and some of the power points were coming off the wall. The only free toiletry provided was a small bar of soap, and while it was great having a kitchen, there was no basics like oil, salt or pepper for us to cook with. The room was on the first floor and the window went mostly to the ground, so not a lot of natural light or privacy from the restaurant opposite the building.

The room had very limited natural light so required internal lights consistently through the day.

Dirty linens, Provisions for toiletries was also not enough, we were provided with 30 ml each of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and 2 personal sized hand soap for our entire stay of 11 days for 2 persons, change of towels once only, linens for bed was not changed nor were we provided fresh ones

Peter was wonderful...very kind and accommodating...thank you! The location was perfect!! The apartment was very comfortable, a good size and well appointed. I really appreciated stainless steel cookware & kettle. (rather than toxic plastic!! )...also, a proper oven and the washing machine and dryer! Indeed, a home away from home👌

The location just perfect for the purpose of my trip, next to Brunetti, a big Italian Cafe and everything else Melbourne CBD has to offer. Peter (the owner) contacted me the day before the trip to discuss the key collection however, on arrival, Peter happened to be at the location , helped with the luggage, and showed me the apartment. The apartment has everything you need for a long term stay, but I couldn't find a knife (not an issue though).

The noisy air conditioner but we didn't use it much as the weather was cool and opening the window just a little cooled the room. Bed was too soft for me.

Location is excellent. Apartment is walkable to all main the shopping areas in CBD and to Flinders Street Station. The apartment has every a traveller needs such as fully functioning kitchen, washing maching and dryer.

Could have been cleaner especially the wardrobe doors. Floor could have been cleaner - eg. had a peanut on it. Dryer filter absolutely clogged.

Excellent location. Thoughtful provision of two keys. Good internal layout of apartment. Quiet- double glazing of windows that open if required. Everything you need for a stay in Melbourne.
