The mattresses on the beds were a little saggy, but still acceptable.

The 1 BR apartment was very spacious, clean, and well-equipped. Location was very convenient, and the staff were really friendly, helpful and professional. Will definitely consider staying here again.

Even though I had prepaid my accommodation for one night prior to my Hospital appointment ,when I arrived the Receptionist advised me that a $150 bond was also required ,and this would be refunded on my departure. This request made to me was very 'unusual'???.......I am a 76 year retired General Manager with over 35 years senior experience in Resorts and Motels both here in Australia and also overseas. When I departed , the receptionist told me that the $150 bond would be paid that day via my card........5 days later no sign of the money and no reply from Franklin Apartments ????. I am returning to Adelaide again on the 8th April to be admitted to Ashford Hospital for a heart issue , and would have rebooked at Franklin Apartments ,but not now.

The room was everything it was advertised. It was close to everything in the CBD. The staff helped me out when I became unwell; their service was exceptional and they tried to cater for all my requests. I was extremely happy with them

The walls are very thin. You can hear your neighbours. We had our neighbours knock on the wall telling us to be quiet. We were 3 ladies laughing, listening to music from our phone, which wasn't very loud. The cleaners need to vaccumm under the furniture too. We discovered quite a few old hot chips under the lounge while trying to recover an earing dropped under the lounge. Parking was very hard to enter & exit as the driveway is very tight. I managed to hit the wall on the way in & I am experienced in driving 4 wheel drives. I was in a smaller car. Not a carpark for a large car. Apart from that it was a great experience

The location was a win for us. The Flinders Hotel next door was a bonus with great food.

Nothing in the room letting us know about where to eat or access trams. Didn’t like paying $4.05 for a small bottle of water. Well I’m assuming that’s what the charge was as that’s all I had. Bottles were in fridge with no information about charges, Do better

The cleaning, skimped, surfaces and floors not wiped down and not vacuumed properly. Took 3 attempts to get this done

The accommodation apartment met with our requirements however there was an unusual odour present. Not sure if it related to plumbing but was a little off putting when first entering the apartment. No other issues

The location of the accommodation was excellent and in close proximity to where we needed to be. Easy to access and staff friendly. Rooms were large and provided privacy. The availability of a car park & internal access to the apartment was a plus offering a sense of security.

Immediately when we walked into the room, there was a weird smell that filled the whole apartment. The sofa bed was gross when it was pulled out. We definitely did not feel comfortable sleeping on it. I also got woken up multiple times throughout the night by the loud noise outside and from the other apartments. There is also only 1 lift which is really slow.

The apartments are in a great location in the CBD. The apartment we have was quite spacious and we had an extra room that we were not expecting, so that was a bonus! The bed was also quite comfortable. Lady at reception was very nice and helpful. Overall, the rooms were clean and tidy and the property was affordable for an overnight stay in Adelaide.
