눉Just as mentioned above, the not reading my booking clearly that I stated I would pay by eftpos on the day and instead taking money from my credit card that was supposed to be only put up for security, not for taking money from! And not mentioning the $100 deposit. Resturant was ok, but we decided not to eat there after one of the staff at the entrance was a bit abrupt with us about a table booking as guests and kids were running around the resturant so we decided to eat out in the city but the rest of the hotel was lovely.
눇The cleaniless and caring staff that actually recitified a problem where they had taken money out of my credit card without my authorisation before I arrived at the hotel, as I had stated in my booking I would pay by eftpos. Also was not told of the $100 deposit - Booking.com you are responsible for telling us this! Hotel Chancellor, you need to review what is put in the website. Other than that, this was recitified by an understanding and caring staff member, thank you and the stay was wonderful. We had lovely views and the bed was very comfortable and clean, we loved it.
