Rooms were very small for the money.we were originally given a room right by the bar next to the disabled toilet, requested to be moved and the staff were very nice and moved us. There is no lift here just a small baggage lift

We liked the central Rocks location and heritage of the hotel. The restaurant and food was great

location was fantastic right in the heart of the city. you can walk everywhere including the mall. restaurants had beautiful food choices. you must try their breakfast.car parking right across the road.

A really hot, summers evening, couldn’t open the window, and no ceiling fan, so no option but to sleep with the aircon on, which I don’t usually like to do. Also weird selection of programs to watch on TV. But doable for the one night we were there.

Perfect location for where we needed to be. A good overnight stay that met all of our needs. Walking distance from the train station, and only a 5 min, not even, walk to the cruise terminal (where we were en route the next morning). A good selection of cafes and restaurants in the surroundings also. Two gentlemen checked us in, their demeanours and natures were very polite and friendly and they were very well presented. Comfy beds and good shower pressure.

the only drawback was we had a street facing room and didn’t think about the street noise over a busy weekend, so not the fault of the hotel T all more so just a note that if you prefer quiet then get the off street room.

Location amazing, staff were amazing and the hotel is beautiful with lovely rooms,it really is a beautiful hotel that encompasses the rocks and Sydney harbor side, it was so close to everything with easy access by car and public transport and a huge range of eateries and bars within metres. always pleasant and welcoming staff onsite.Restaurant, bar and a breakfast cafe right under your nose so very convenient.

Stayed on bottom floor above the restaurant which is downstairs. The ambient music from the breakfast room starts at 6 am and wakes you up. Best to stay or request a room above ground floor. Staff were not completely across restaurantrecommendations in the area.

Car parking across the street (albeit subcontracted and user pay) was convenient. Proximity within the The Rocks region was convenient. Ease of check in - small and easy.

There is no lift which didn't bother me, however I imagine this is an important feature for some guests.

Walking to the Quay, Opera House and wonderful restaurants is just the icing on the cake!! The hotel is adorable with friendly staff and free mini cookies, yum! For NYE, they gifted guests with a bottle of delicious champagne. I will be back! Thank you so much, Fifi
