Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The WiFi connection wasn't great.
The cleaners were excellent. It was a lovely surprise to come home to a freshly made bed and pristine white towels a few days after checking in. The beds were comfortable and the couches were very cosy too. The view from the balcony is fabulous and the walk along the river is very enjoyable.

Check in was from 2pm, but we couldn't get to our room until 3:00pm Because it wasn't ready (clean)
Really nice and peaceful area. Awesome view from the balcony. Impressed with the size of the pool. Unit was nice and clean.

Due to the rooms being un serviced which for the most part suited us very well, a few more towels would have been handy but had facilities to wash and dry in the room so not a great issue. The only thing that was really missing if you are staying for a decent period of time BBQ on the deck would be great.
Units we stayed in were set up perfectly for what we needed with 2 bathrooms and laundry facilities. Rooms were very clean, well presented and appointed. views are great.

Onsite pool was a mozzie pit and we were unable locate toilets near by so had to walk back to the apartment. Noise from neighbouring apartment and corridor travelled which doesn't help with kids. The bin room stunk and always had maggots coming from it into the corridor where the lift is
The location was handy for access to the hospital with cafes, shopping centre and some restaurants nearby. The apartment was clean with a good size dining table. Allocated undercover parking.

My mum asked how much it was and the manager or front desk person said minimum 4 night stay but when I asked to book there was no minimum stay or condition. But average to try and take advantage of an older lady.

When we went to use the dishwasher, utilising the powder provided; we found the latch to the internal compartment had been broken previously. We attempted to scrub the pan we used, using the minimal detergent provided.. But results would have been better through the dishwasher if it was in working order.
The location and the balcony views were fantastic! Spacious living areas even the balcony space was impressive!

The main bedroom developed a water leak due to a blockage in the air conditioner. Staff were contacted and helped immediately with the issue. Unfortunately, the problem wasn't resolved during our stay due to the high-level maintenance work required on the air con unit. This was out of staff control, and we were incredibly grateful for the help they did provide.
Location was perfect for what we required. The unit comfortably fit a family of four and was very clean. Any issues we had, staff assisted right away.

The wi-fi kept dropping out so in the end I was using my own hotspot for the majority of the time. The air-conditioner in the bedroom made a whistling noise - although I got used to it pretty quickly. It would be nice if there was a convenience store or something similar onsite, walking back and forth to the shopping centre and carry shopping back with you was a bit of a pain.
The location and view from my apartment was amazing. I had everything I needed - the bed was very comfortable and the facilities were great.

A couple more pillows on the bed, and place the cushions into the cupboard or on the sofa. To have a light blanket accessible as it can get a little cool overnight. To upsize the milk carton for coffee and tea.
