This was the perfect stay! It was so serene and tranquil. Beautiful views of the forest, country and sea, and it was very convenient drives for dog friendly nature. The cottage itself had wonderful amenities, spectacular views and was very private.

The cutest little cottage ever on such a beautiful farm. Farm animals roaming about, a guest garden, the cottage over looked a little pond. It was so extremely peaceful and relaxing.

the light in the cottage is a bit dim but others may think it is fine.

this is a very cosy and peaceful cottage. it has all your need and feel like a home. it sits on a quiet farm land with a lot to see and see and explore. we enjoyed the farm tour with the farm owner-Helen and the 2 beautiful dogs and had a lot of fun feeding farm animals, enjoy and know more about the farm. it was a restful trip to Johanna.

That our stay wasn’t longer!

Julian and Helen were amazing hosts. The property was just beautiful and so were the surrounding locations- so much to do and see! The cabin had amazing views and was very comfortable. The farm animals and the dogs were the best part. We truely loved everything and had an amazing anniversary.

Nothing. It was a dream

It was the calm our family needed. Our kids 6+4 loved exploring and meeting the animals. Helen was incredibly thoughtful and just lovely to meet and chat to. The cabin was very comfortable, we self catered and didn’t need to leave the property for our stay.

From the moment we arrived, we felt not only welcome by Helen and Julian but also completely charmed by this little paradise. Kids got to feed all the animals, played with the dogs. The cottage was clean, comfy and with a great view.

bathroom is a little old and cramp.

nice quiet farm-stay place for a short 4d3n getaway escape from city life and close to other attractions nearby port campbell and Apollo bay.

The farm stay was a nice experience. Host was friendly. we could go around to visit the animals and feed them. would recommend to anyone who are looking for a nice farm stay.

We found map reading quite difficult with the lighting. Needed to use the lamp lighting often.

Fire was set, ground coffee and percolator, board games and DVDs. So many creature comforts to make us all feel cosy.

Coming home

Everything!! It was perfect. Make sure you bring food to cook as there is a fully contained kitchen and shops are far away. There are beautiful fresh herbs you can pick from the garden to cook with.

The hosts are super lovely and warm-hearted. They showed us around the farm, picking fresh veggies from the garden and fresh eggs. The kids loves feeding the animals. Lots to see and explore in the big farm. will definitely revisit.
