Bathroom needs to be renovated. The aircon in room didn't work.

A comfortable stay, with no noise from the highway, very comfy bed and nice outlook, easy parking and easy to get to find.

Rooms did not have DO NOT DISTURB signs for door. Staff entered my room twice while I was in there, without warning. Photos online (Google maps hotel link I think) showed a pool, which has obviously been filled in during renovations to create the outdoor bar area for functions. so I was unable to swim. Room service was adhoc, teas not replenished during my stay, and no hand towels or face washers. My ipad was hacked while on the unsecure hotel WIFI. I had to contact bank and muck around with security stuff to ensure things were safe. A very unpleasant experience that made for a stressful Saturday night.

rooms were lovely, location was good as it is a ten minute walk to the train station to get into sydney. Didn’t have much interaction with the staff by they seemed nice. IGA around the corner and few takeaways shops nearby. Didn’t get to try the restaurant attached.

The hotel should leave bottles of water on the freeze, like a mini bar. So we can buy it, because they don't have a sink with tap in the bedroom, only in the bathroom.

Very beautiful view with amazing cockatoos and other birds during the morning. Bed comfortable and room very cozy.

Most of the room / bathroom was clean and well appointed - however, the entry to window/ balcony needed repair / paint; an insect screen would be required in summer; the ‘lovely’ curtains will be damaged quickly because there did not appear to be a lever to draw them closed / open. The bedside benches were too small for all the things usually kept close: phone, keys, magazine, book, glasses, water bottle!!!! Door security was very flimsy!! Requires urgent upgrade! Housekeeping staff need to check that the light bulbs are functional - one wasn’t.

Parking; walk-in shower; room service; digital room service order through phone. Bushlsbd tress / shrubs out side window; ‘quiet’ at night despite close proximity to highway.

The restaurant and room service menus are limited and the options not very appealing.

This was our third stay at Killara Suites. Although it is on the Pacific Highway, the rooms were quiet. The beds were super comfy. Very clean as always! The hotel manager goes above and beyond to look after guests.

Nothing - Overall it was good value for money. The location suited us well too.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom was nice. I has been recently renovated. The TV was good too, we were able to link up easily to our Netflix account etc so could watch what we wanted. It was good to have the restaurant downstairs. I only used it to grab a take away coffee one morning but would have eaten in if we had more time.

Very clean and spacious rooms which were quiet even though the property is located on the main highway heading North out of Sydney. Reasonably priced breakfast options with good coffee in the restaurant. Free parking below the rooms was a bonus!

The silicone sealant in the bathroom on the vanity was coming off, toilet seat wasnt on properly and it looked like the glass window in the shower was moldy or dirty, i also didnt quite like when my flight left at 5pm but they wouldnt let me change my check out time by even half an hour. This meant i was wandering around the airport all day. Also they dont have lifts or ramps (only ramp would be the one cars drive on to get to reception.) So as a chronically ill person it was hell walking up and down stairs with my luggage. I can only imagine if i had been in my wheelchair.

Comfy bed and the balcony often had cockatoos chirping at me and when approached they were very nice and friendly. :)

No coat hangers to hang my work clothes . Only 2 English breakfast tea bags Tied to order dinner last night , however not taking orders. Ordered Uber Eats. No cutlery in the draws

Good sized room Lovely outlook from the windows . Was nice to have a small balcony . I even had some wildlife visitors (cockatoo’s). Parking was good . Good hot shower .

Quick and easy check in, plenty of parking. Room comfortable. Not far from shopping mall and a 7-Eleven next door. Had a wee balcony that seemed to attract friendly yellow crested cockatoos and in the morning when we opened the curtain there were 4 sitting there staring in - very cute. Restaurant wasn't open as closed for Christmas holidays but found a great pub not far for dinner. That was excellent too.

We were on the second floor and there is no lift so you have to carry bags up two flights of stairs
