You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Great hotel in a great location walking distance into Nelson bay. The layout of our room was fantastic for our stay with our baby as the bedroom was separate and blockout curtains in the living area allowed him to sleep well in the living area. Kitchen facilities were great. Spa bath was lovely. Pool area is great. Restaurant is nice. I would stay here again.

AustraliaAttention should be made to the visible from balcony car park rubbish bins , shipping container & other sundries . They are unsightly & detract from the property , hotel management should not have to be told to do something with these items by a guest . Presentation should be foremost .
I was pleasantly surprised with the Landmark . The view from my 2nd floor room was the only disappointment , although not a deal breaker , I could see the water although not expansive water views . The bed was comfortable , and the room was modern & very clean along with the exterior of the complex .

AustraliaNo car charger for my EV. I believe there is an increasing number of EVs on the road now and unless you start providing a charging facility for them people will start looking elsewhere as we will. We have been coming here for some years now but our requirements have changed with our cars. I mentioned this last time I was here but you have done nothing about it since so I can only assume you don't care. Even a 240 v power point would be something. Next time unless there is a facility advertised we will try elsewhere. I'm not looking for a supercharger just a type two charger or a simple power point.

AustraliaThe dishwasher did not work. There were no microwave cooking containers. When I asked at reception for one, I was told there were only lids and no containers. So no breakfast scrambles eggs there!!
We stay here 3-4 times per year. Love the location, pool and deck. Rooms have a great outlook. Apartments clean, bright and spacious. Staff are lovely and usually extremely helpful.
