the couch was very low and difficult for old people to get out of.

A beautiful old house in a great location. Each bedroom has an ensuite, the kitchen is large, very comfortable.

Loved the proximity to the ocean and the town. But loved being able to experience a small part of history. A quaint, beautiful house.

We arrived in very cold weather during a storm. It would have been nice if the heaters were on for our arrival. Better quality tea, coffee, bathroom supplies and towels would make a difference. Small things but a big difference. It would suit the quality of the house. You could tell it was managed by a caravan park. The roof in the hallway had leaked quite badly during the storm so the hall way was very wet when we arrived. There is a crack in the ceiling that needs repair where the water leaked through. The wind coming through the air grate in the twin single room also blew lumps of dust onto the single bed below. My daughter slept in the other bed to avoid any more dust. The beds were quite hard.

Lovely comfortable house in a great location. The house had a lovely feel to it.

    Internet was patchy but acceptable

Location was fantastic, we walked most places and it was perfect for our family of 4 but could have fit another 2 adults.

In the kitchen could have had small plates and cups and saucers - not just mugs - for tea drinkers. Also an area/cupboard to store food would have been great. Found the beds a little hard and the sheets a bit rough. Lacked a bit of the welcoming touches that have found in other places.

Loved the location, beautiful views and close to a number of restaurants and the main shopping area. Having each bedroom with an ensuite was great. Each bedroom was large and inviting. The manager, Ash, was great and very helpful. Was grateful for the free access to Flagstaff Hill which we found to be very informative and interesting.

Nothing really to say we didn't like, was surprised there did not appear to be a recycling bin at the property.

The accomodation was fantastic, it had everything we wanted from a small break with an adult and two kids. The rooms were a great size and had great amenities in each, TV and bathrooms in each. Ideal if you were travelling with other couple and wanted your space. The three bedrooms had 2 double beds and a twin bed in another room. The lounge room also had a large TV whilst the garden boasted fantastic views across the water. Another bonus was free access to the Flagstaff Hill museum next door, which was a great touch.

The bed in bedroom 2, gave my daughter a sore back. It was hard and she felt the springs. There was also an ant problem in the kitchen area. Otherwise a great place to stay in.

Close to town and facilities. Very clean and tidy. Large rooms, all with ensuites. Great views from backyard. There is a bbq, table & chairs in the backyard which was great for sitting outside & enjoying the outdoors. Also inside the house they had very informative & interesting photos of the history of Warrnambool.

It rained when we were thinking about using the fabulous fire pit, and that's classic warrnambool haha, absolutely no fault on the lodge, in fact I didn't even realize there was a fire pit to use, what a bonus!!

Service was exceptional, we had trouble securing a taxi so Ash gave us a lift to the reception we were attending. Above and beyond!! The staff are incredible and the accommodation is absolutely wonderful.

the only negative thing was that the couch was a bit low for older people to get out of easily, apart from that it was all good!

This was a great central place to stay in warrnambool. it includes free entry to the Flagstaff Hill Museum and 20% off in the gift shop. Staff at the museum were lovely and helpful. The house was beautiful and spacious.

The driveway was long and once you got to the top there was no turning circle so was hard to get out. Best to go up backwards for easy exiting.

Great location and was something different to be in part of the old historic village. Great size house and very comfortable. Nice and warm and the firepit was awesome for the cold night to be able to enjoy the stars.
