First impression was not great. The reception area was dirty. The power went off for a couple of hours.

It is very much in need of a refurb. Bathroom cabinets show water damage etc but thankfully very clean! It’s a tired motel reflected in the price … you get what you pay for.

Ok for quick stop over when we couldn’t get into caravan park late at night in the rain. For $90 it was a good deal! Bed was a bit hard but did have lovely sheets and was warm. Heating working well but noisy.

The only staff we saw was the man that gave us the key. Nobody at reception when we arrived or when we left. Room was clean but dated.

There's no elevator in the building and there's no staff as well to help carry luggages upstairs. We had heavy trolleys and had to carry it ourselves. There's an old person who helped once, but given his age we did not feel like bothering him next time and managed ourselves.

The room,bathrooom were clean and all basic needs were met. The beds and linen were comfortable. The sofa bed was comfortable and my son liked it.

TV was small but at least it worked and we had Foxtel which was a bonus.

Nice clean room with everything you could expect for budget accommodation. Located close to the beach for nice relaxing walks.

The accommodation is quite dated and some things don't work, ie the spa/shower spa is not operational. The light above the mirror in the main room doesn't work. No one at reception upon arrival even though it was 4pm.

The price was very good and the location is within an easy walk to the beach and shops. The rooms are neat and clean.

Maybe instead of calling when the office is closed a buzzer may be more use to guest.

The rooms are old fashioned, but very clean. The owners are friendly and we felt the location was good. A very short walk to be in the middle of town. The bed was a little hard and felt it would benefit from a topper. We had our own carpark. Overall for the one night we stayed it was good.

More rundown than expected, walls were thin, I had to set up the cot on my own, and I was not informed that reception was closed when I arrived. Thankfully there were staff sitting around in the closed office and I could get their attention to assist with check in.

Cot was provided FOC, sheets and towels were clean.

the room was quite run down and spiderwebs in lots of places and broken fixtures. Just need to work harder on these things.

The owner was very accommodating and helped us with our parking 2 cars with 2 trailers

The bathroom was not clean. In particular the spa bath was dirty and discolored, and the stainless steel rim around the shower screens were dirty and moldy. There was only 3 teabags and the kitchen area was not clean. The general areas ie stairways were dirty and the garbage bin on the landing was dirty. We had to ask for cups and glasses but they did bring them quite quickly The room had been partly renovated (not the bathroom )but the general look of the complex was shabby.
