Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Only thing was the chairs around the table were very low - had to take cushions from the lounge to boost us Us , but that was easy to do , One pillow in the bedroom was as hard as concrete, but luckily we had enough to use Otherwise everything was grear😊

Midday is late for restaurant to open Would be better if some facilities were available outside Reception opening 9 -5, and bar restaurant from midday. No toilets or coffee, for example. We had to check out at 10am and wait until 2pm to check into a different villa on site.
No facilities for breakfast on the resort. We went to the shop and brought in our own supplies.

1. Was the mosquitoes with having our window open for fresh air. 2. It was a bit noisy with night patronage, but we managed. A BIG thank you to the staff member who gave us our keys, as he mentioned that it will be noisy. 😊
• We didn't have breakfast on site, so can't comment, but as we walked past patrons the food looked yummy. • The location is perfect in relation to walking down town. • All in all it was a great spot.

Quite a lot of outside noise until around 10:00. But it was expected so I wasn’t disappointed.
Liked the rooms - very spacious and comfortable, private. Walking distance to town was nice, and electric car charger just down the street.

Beautiful place with good sized hotel rooms so we were surprised at the shower size no room to even shave my legs without hitting my head on the walls and I had to turn in a circle to wash. The bedrooms are spacious but both beds were too hard, we took our own bedding as usual but slept on top of the ready made beds and they were still hard.
A beautifully landscaped property with spacious bedrooms that was extremely clean and smelled fresh. A kettle and minifridge was available. Our room was located at the back of the property and the noise from the performing bands was unobtrusive, the road was very busy with noise starting early. The restaurant/Pub on site was of great help and the fish and steak were great and the staff were very helpful though with a bar like that I couldn't believe no cocktails. A nod to anxiety pets in the future would be great. Everything we requested was available in our room and all our blankets were fresh. Thank you for having us.

Although warned, the noise from the pub was disturbing, but all was wrapped up by about 10.30pm. Only basic toiletries although no shampoo/conditioner. Due to limited reception hours, we never saw/spoke to any hotel staff, only staff from the pub during dinner. No breakfast options - closest was 5 minutes walk away and closed on Sundays
Room was spacious and very clean. Great parking and quite centrally located. Pub was busy both nights (Friday and Saturday) and the portion sizes of food were very generous and reasonably priced, given the location. Bottle shop was right next door!
