The only thing we didn’t like was the 3pm checkin which seems an hour later than most hotels. We had to ask for tea towel, sponge, laundry and DW detergent etc as none in the room

The loft suite we stayed in was incredible. The view over the harbour was stunning and it was private and very quiet with a balcony and garden bed. It felt like we were staying in a townhouse rather than a hotel. It’s also excellent if you have different bedtimes or want a bit of space and me-time.

Lounge furniture was not comfortable and the close proximity to Sid Einfield Drive made it very noisy. It was unpleasant sitting on the balcony due to the noise.

Lovely apartment with great views. Very spacious and easy to access bus / rail interchange.

The unit did lack some appointments such as equipment in the kitchen, towels and toilet paper. The cleanliness of the unit was lacking attention to detail.

The location and view from the property was outstanding. The unit was large and well set out.

Washing machine had a faulty alarm which beeped when washing machine on. Dishwasher didn't really wash anything.

Trash is only cleared once a week, leaving the apartment smelling like a garbage dump after a few days. Probably best if you do not stay at the Meriton for more than 2 days. Long term stay without trash removal makes it icky.

I found the bathroom to be a bit tricky with the low vanity and the shaving cupboard sitting so close to the sink which made it difficult to wash face and brush teeth but other than that everything was wonderful and would definitely stay again.

I found the apartment very dated and kitchen wasn't clean. I had to requested a clean of kitchen when I arrived. The aircon was very loud and didn't work very well. The balcony didn't have a table, just 2 chair and it was very dirty.

Location was great, next to transport hub and shopping centre.

Overall no complains. Just since wad there for Easter we got this strong smell from our vent for few hours. However staff was helpful and got sprayed and also offered to change room so it was not an issue.

Room 905 in tower 2 was very clean and loved the layout. It was so lighted and had such positive vibes. Was travelling with an infant so was worried about cleanliness based on some previous reviews but the place surpassed my expectations. Staff was very courteous and helpful.Overall very good experience will definitely stay again.

Car park fee is too high and the space is not enough. The facility is a little bit old.

The long walk from Tower 2 to Tower 1 for the reception after 5pm. I was already tired from an 8hr drive only to find out that I should walk all the way to tower 1 to check in at 6pm.

Location is excellent!, just above the Train and Bus station provides an added convenience to the great commercial establishments around the vicinity.

Loud music could be heard from 5 am onwards ( obviously a gym close by?)

Great location as we could access the trains, buses within the building. Shops were 2-3 minutes away

We had asked for two single beds instead of one king , but they were so so close together.

Location was excellent , situated right above a main train station . Easy to find . Easy to get around . Room was huge . View was really nice . Was a little noise from night clubs below . Room had a bath , washing machine and drier , iron and ironing board . Full kitchen . Every thing was perfect .

It would have been good to have a broom/mop for spills. We were always cold. The dryer kept cutting out but staff were excellent in responding.

Couldn't get the tele working. Ran and asked for help but they never came. It was also expensive.
