It was disappointing that the rooms aren’t double glazed windows. The noise from the street was very loud and was difficult to have an uninterrupted sleep. Also, the bed being on wheels on a hard wood floor was very annoying. Everytime I rolled over the bed would move. I was also very anxious with the loft set up and my children. The barrier should have been more enclosed as a child could easily fall from the second story if not supervised and children need to go upstairs as this is where the bathroom is located. I would not consider this room family friendly unfortunately, but appreciated that the kids stayed free. Lastly, the balcony was dismal, advertising a balcony room I expected to be able to at least sit out on the balcony. This was more an open window with a ledge you could stand on.

The property is located in a fantastic location, with a beautiful view of darling harbour and the lights of the buildings across the harbour. Also loved the full size kitchen, oven, stove and all kitchen utensils so we could prepare meals at the room. Also a washing machine/dryer was included and was very handy. The staff were amazing, very welcoming and friendly.

There was no ramp to the front door only stairs so if you have mobility issues not the hotel for you. However reception staff are great helping with bags. Like many in Sydney they could do with employing a handy person on site to fix the small things in the room. They could also give more time to cleaners so the cupboards could be cleaned better. Beds were a little hard and jiggery however resolved by one in fold out sofa and other in bed.

Loved the two level room. Great views. Visited by birds on the balcony which was lovely. Excellent location.

The location is good. Even though it took 15 - 20 minutes to get to Chinatown. The view on the room is great. Balcony certainly a surplus. Didn't notice too much with one night stay

Carpet in hallways and room looked grubby :( Bathroom looked a little sad too, the room would benefit have a mini make over, freshen up the walls and get rid of the carpet for a more modern look but I guess to someone else it would look fine.

location was good and easy to find from train station, loft room good for two people and the staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful.

Honestly the furniture is looking bit tired but when you are paying that bargain price for a huge space, ability to cook, eat at a table, wash and dry your clothes - your shouldn't expect high end decor!

This accommodation was just perfect for our family overnighter in Sydney. The location is perfect, within walking distance of most big attractions of the city. Having a kitchenette is awesome to grab a few snacks and drinks to put in the fridge from one of the local metro supermarkets. Having a washing machine and tumble dryer was amazing - although we didn't need to use them, if you were staying for a few days and have children with you, this is a massive bonus! The reception staff were very friendly. Our children (10 and 12) loved having the sofa bed downstairs, watching the TV and seeing the lights of the city at night. There is complimentary tea, coffee, sugar and milk along with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and bars of soap in the bathroom.

The information about the parking was very misleading and confusing so that needs to be clearer and also that the bedroom was a mezzanine as we had a toddler with us which was a bit annoying. It was very clean and room service was great, great location

The reception staff were great. The location is fantastic if you want to be close to the CBD but not nature or the Opera House. The kitchen was a bit cramped and there's no dishwasher. There's a washer/dryer in the bathroom which is great

2nd level is a bit dangerous especially when you have toddlers since the railings have wide gaps.. we stayed and slept on the convertible sofa bed for the whole stay..

The balcony was pebbled with loose pavers and no outdoor furniture, actually tripped a couple of times. Not wheelchair accessible at all with only steps to get into the building.
