We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThere was no ramp to the front door only stairs so if you have mobility issues not the hotel for you. However reception staff are great helping with bags. Like many in Sydney they could do with employing a handy person on site to fix the small things in the room. They could also give more time to cleaners so the cupboards could be cleaned better. Beds were a little hard and jiggery however resolved by one in fold out sofa and other in bed.
Loved the two level room. Great views. Visited by birds on the balcony which was lovely. Excellent location.

location was good and easy to find from train station, loft room good for two people and the staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful.

AustraliaHonestly the furniture is looking bit tired but when you are paying that bargain price for a huge space, ability to cook, eat at a table, wash and dry your clothes - your shouldn't expect high end decor!
This accommodation was just perfect for our family overnighter in Sydney. The location is perfect, within walking distance of most big attractions of the city. Having a kitchenette is awesome to grab a few snacks and drinks to put in the fridge from one of the local metro supermarkets. Having a washing machine and tumble dryer was amazing - although we didn't need to use them, if you were staying for a few days and have children with you, this is a massive bonus! The reception staff were very friendly. Our children (10 and 12) loved having the sofa bed downstairs, watching the TV and seeing the lights of the city at night. There is complimentary tea, coffee, sugar and milk along with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and bars of soap in the bathroom.
