It’s not a new building so some parts felt a little dated however the tiling in the bathrooms looked fresh.

Very close to the beach, the apartment had plenty of appliances etc that we needed and it was spacious. Underground car park was great.

The apartment complex allows smoking on balconies, we didn't like that the apartment under us was smoking all day and this would then waft up into our balcony and inside, so often we couldn't sit on the balcony. Apartment does need a refresh, some may not like that there are stairs and no lift but this was fine for us.

We really enjoyed the pool and the outlook from our apartment over the pool. The location was excellent, a very short walk to the beach and close to surf club or tavern for easy dinner. Apartment was spacious and great to have 2 bathrooms/toilets. The apartment was great for our 3 kids.

Was given the wrong room and had to pack my things up and relocate. This was an error by the hotel. Frustrating given it happened late at night, but wasn't intentional.

There were no negatives although the cost has eascalated greatly versus previous years when we stayed at the property.

The property is a short walk to the beach and good cafes. If you don't want to walk to the beach there is a great pool in the grounds.

Disconnect between underground garage and unit, with difficult stairs, and no lift. We were told of the situation before arrival. This is not the fault of the property: the location was good, but the bus stop showing on Google maps was not functional due to extensive road works, and too far to walk to the next available bus stop, so we were prevented from using public transport.

Comfortable, roomy, good location near a few eateries. Good outdoor pool and heated spa.

The rooms were a great size but the fan in the kids room and lounge room did not work when we wanted them to. Mysteriously the fan would turn on 12 hours after we had tried turning it on. The non stick fry pans were not useable as the non stick coating was non existent

The location - was only a short walk to the beach, size of the rooms, having a washer and dryer, large kitchen, having an ensuite and bathroom. Outdoor patio area was great. Overall, the landscaping, garden area and pool was fantastic. Also, the security of the underground parking and having 2 sets of keys.

There was not a proper duvet cover but only sheets.. it wasn't a.big problem just my personal preference.

The units are in much need of a deep clean - washing machine seal was mouldy, around sinks needs a good scrub etc. Curtains desperately need updating as every time you opened them or touched them white chalky powder went all over your hands and clothing. Our bed was comfortable enough but the beds my kids had you could feel every spring and needs to be replaced.

Great quiet location. Short walk to beach and cafes. Rooms are a decent size, great view from balcony. Pool and grounds are maintained well. Neat and tidy. Owners are easy to deal with.

cleanliness could of been better. mat stained, dirt behind the tv never pulled out, lounge room fan and light didnt work toilet brushes needed to be replaced and crumbs and specks in the knife and fork trays

Great location, easy walk to beach at end of the street, tram and Pacific Fair. Very comfy recliner couch and chairs, nicely laid out apartment, and well stocked kitchen. The pool looked enticing, but it was winter and a bit too chilly, even for us Canberrans.

Needs a deep clean behind the beds

The bed and pillows in this apartment were uncomfortable and need to be updated! The washing machine wouldn't start during my stay and there were no manuals provided (although I also own a front loader). There was a lot of construction noise during the day and roadworks at night, but that's the GC for you.

The apartment (No. 20) was on the top floor with a pleasant outlook and was mostly clean throughout. Basic toiletries and cleaning products were provided, but no coffee facilities. The grounds were nice and there is a fantastic Cafe down the road.

The WiFi cut out and couldn’t get back on after day 4 of a seven day stay. Needed a bit of a deep clean and possibly some cleaning products to use while staying. Could use some staples like salt, pepper, oil and dishwashing liquid.

Loved the pool and location of the unit. The living area was light filled and airy. A great size for a family of four. Felt secure and safe and loved the local facilities so close by. Great secure parking.
