Room had obviously had smokers in the rooms. Whole unit had a strong smell which was disappointing. Lounge to watch tv could only seat 2. Too small for a 2 bedroom apartment.

The view from the bedrooms was awful with no privacy if you open the blind to let light in. The airconditioning in the lounge was faulty upon arrival, which the staff were quick to arrange a tradesperson, even after hours, but unfortunately it was not a simple fix and so we had no aircon in the main living area. They brought a fan up, which was nice. There is a good breeze if you open the sliding doors, however the trains use their brakes just outside which is an awful sound every 15 minutes on a weekday evening. Overall, it's a great place to go back to if you're wanting to explore the city and southbank and not be in the apartment much.

The 2 bedroom apartment we were assigned was roomy and exceptionally clean. The location was good, walking distance to the art galleries, library, southbank beach, and the city. We had a city view room on the 8th floor, and it was a great view from the lounge. The staff were helpful and friendly, and went above and beyond to assist.

The apartment could have been cleaner. In the services binder that was in the apartment, it said our bedding and towels would be changed once during our stay. That didn’t happen and the binder appeared to be out of date.

The location is great. We could walk everywhere. At check in, we were given a much appreciated orientation, by wonderful staff, to the neighbourhood. The apartment was very comfortable and well set up. The air conditioner worked wonderfully too.

The location was close to many activities and restaurants. It was easy to access the supermarket as well. Being near the river felt very relaxing.

The smoke alarm detectors went off twice while we were there, and we were out most of the time, One after the other and we tried flapping a towel but we couldn't stop them, we had to wait until they were done. Very disconcerting. Also we were given the code and password for the Wi-Fi but we could not get these to work, even our young people couldn't do it.

Great Location, we were able to walk into Southbank and also into the city. Bed was very comfortable and the rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Shower pressure was good and it was handy having the two bathrooms as there was 4 of us. When the door was shut the traffic noise was minimal. The price was up there really for we just wanted a bed for the night although it was probably good value as it was a two bedroom apartment with kitchen and laundry.

Was a bit disappointed to be on Level 2 with no view from the patio. We looked out of our outdoor area to the adjacent gym. The pool being on our level was noisy at times. Would have been lovely to be able to sit on the patio and see out over the city.

Check in was easy and communication great. Room size was great. Location suited our needs in being able to walk to everything in the city and to the convention centre. Very happy with access to parking at a reasonable rate.

Apartment needs a good clean and walls repainted. Starting to show age. Needs proper towel rail for towels. Air con in second bedroom was noisy. Herd of elephants in room above.

Easy check-in, apartment is a good size. Patio is large and faced over the pool area at rear of building so was quiet with no traffic noise at all.

Too much bright light entering bedroom at night. If I stay there again I will need to bring eye mask to block outside light. A little noisy from traffic during night, but not a major issue.

Easy check-in. Easy entry to underground car parking. Lifts were relatively quick. Apartment well equipped. Bedding comfortable and bathroom provided what was needed.
