We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The room was spacious, well equipped and the wifi worked well. Being greeted in the morning by a roaming emu was a bonus. The room was setback from the road, so traffic noise was minimal, and the setting of the accommodation was attractive.

ChileIf you what cook, it's lack of kitchen or common area for it. The crockery is a leftover from others, so doesn't count with the whole set for all the guests.
The rooms were comfortable, with good beds and spacious bathrooms. The barbecue area is far from the rooms, so you can enjoy it and don't disturb anyone.

TaiwanInsects are annoying a little bit at night, but they are gone in the morning. I expected I see some wild animals like kangaroo or emu but just some birds. But it is easy to see them at Halls Gap

AustraliaThe only thing I would change is the shower. It unfortunately had no pressure and the temperature kept changing. It would go really really hot to the point I had to step out from under it and then it would go cold and then back to the temperature I originally set it at.
I liked the location and the peacefulness. The views were also lovely. The room was nice and clean and a good size. The staff were lovely to.
