We stayed for 5 days and fresh towels every day or every second day would have been nice without having to pay for them.

Location was fabulous. Room very comfortable and sound proof but not from the room next door which was having a party. Management was quick to sort it for us.

Every room at the apartment was tiled, So it was felt cold. Some mats on the floor would help. A lot of street noise.,hard to get to Sleep.

Lounge room coffee table collapsed when I put my feet up. Furniture could be updated - at least replace very old things like coffee table.

They knew one side of bed was broken and didn’t fix. Husband had 2 nights of agony on bed and would then sleep on couch. Since Easter weekend, they reduced hours of reception so not on site to report. By 3rd day we could report and staff member was amazing and attentive. Provided extra bed; not her fault, but it was ready for the dump but fractionally better than broken bed. Personal thing- TV could be bigger - so you could see from bed and rest of studio.

Location to transport - literally 2 min from Wynyard station. Close to kings wharf and darling harbour. Studio 104 large - very nice, modern renovations and if you want to self cater - very good. Couch was still very nice and not yucky. It’s a bargain for Sydney. It was Easter weekend, so limited traffic and no noise issues. Not sure about other times. Extremely helpful with an early checkin so we could get to the football and an extra hour for checkout due to late flight.

There was a very bad smell in the room. It looked like it needed updating. There was mould in the floorboards where the door the balcony there must be water getting in a lot of the time.

The room was meant to have been upgraded, though this would have been done on a budget. It was pleasant enough, though, and okay for a cheap city stay.

The location was great for my purposes, being within easy walking distance of the places that I needed to visit.

Limited reception hours made it difficult to report any issues. We had a tv remote that didn’t work and it took a while to resolve that - but it must be said that the staff did everything they could to assist. Rooms are looking a bit tired but are clean and well maintained.

The location is excellent and it’s terrific that they have laundry facilities for the guests - we arrived there after a two week cruise and clean clothes were a priority. The rooms are large and comfortable with plenty of shelf space and the bathroom - though basic - is spacious. Early check in was appreciated.

Room tired and needs the cupboard door hinge replaced so it doesn’t hang on one hinge. Also needs a bathroom upgrade and a repaint . Skirting boards need replacing as old , tired and gaps on mitre cuts. Paint the entire unit and leave instructions on how the tv works and not thru the remote!
