On my first day I was able to get an early cappuccino, as the restaurant opened early the rest of our time it didn’t open till 12. Only a minor detail though, as the reception staff were kind enough to send over a Nespresso machine with pods, when I asked for one.

The one bedroom apartment was perfect, the swim out pool was just amazing so convenient and the pool was crystal clear. I saw the hard working staff daily keep the pool and hot tubs clean. Loved the tennis courts and steam room, and lap pool. I simply cannot fault our stay. The cocktails and mocktails were great at happy hour, they were delicious.

We could hear traffic noise through the night and people yelling a bit. I like things real quiet. If we come again I would love a really quiet room somewhere. WE sat on the balcony in the cool morning but there was no sun so a bit chilly so my ideal room is , quiet, overlooking the pool and in the sun.

I loved the pool. Fantastic! I love swimming and have never been in such a long pool. It was cold! so I just did a couple of laps around, 1km.

Just the noice of cars until midnight

When ever we go at Nelson bay we stayed at this resort hotel. Staffs are helpful the place was excellent with beautiful ambiance. The structure of the resort was great so rounded by pool. We had swim out room on terrace.

It would be good to have a lock box outside to put your key into, especially if you are staying in a swim out apartment.

Noisy kids in the lagoon and hot tub at 11pm. Toilet door wouldn't shut properly

I spevifically reauested for a ground floof as my paftner has pronlems climbing stairs. Was given the upper floor even though the resort wasnt full. The lady at the reception should have a more friendly outlook in welcoming guests.

I was disappointed by two things: - I was told I would be charged on arrival, and then charged a week or two beforehand. - the pool water was really cold and needs to be a few degrees warmer. We planned to spend most of one of our days around the pool, but I couldn't even get my toes in it was so cold. We tried to get into both spas all day, but they were completely full each time we tried (i suspect because people realised how cold the pool water was). We eventually were able to get into the spa at night and it was lovely.

The room was a swim out room which was lovely and comfortable, it felt like you were at a resort in Fiji or the like. The room was nicer than I expected and bed was very comfortable. The spa was a highlight too. Parking was easy and accessible. The resort is out of town a little, but close to a shopping centre and only a 5-10 minute drive to the cafes and various beaches and heaps of activities nearby (Camel rides, horse riding etc).

Room 130A TV did not have wifi connection. Kitchen did not have dishwashing powder or detergent for dishwashers. Carpets quite dark and old. Balcony sliding white door need maintenance.

My first room was very ordinary and small, however, after expressing my disappointment, I was given an upgrade that was definitely worth what I was paying per night.

Pool is amazing, bed was super comfy.

I liked the accomodation, the fact we had a balcony and the pool was amazing! It felt private and the staff were very friendly and helpful but not annoyingly so Loved it, will definitely return and the location was perfect for us
