Cant think of one single thing

Relaxing break with my husband. I cannot say enough about Oceans. it was one of the best apartments we have stayed in. On arrival Stacey was amazing, such a lovely warm welcome and couldn’t do enough to help. Fulfilled every request we had. The apartment was immaculate and full for all the mod cons. Nice espresso coffee machine and even real milk supplied (Not the long life stuff, which I hate) Fresh ice in the freezer was a bonus. Beds were big clean and very comfy. We requested 2 queen size instead of the usual, queen and 2 singles, wasn’t a problem for them at all. Rooms are serviced every day and I made full use of the complimentary toiletries which smelt and felt amazing. Full length windows and topped of with motorized blinds had me in awe. All these little luxuries made me not want to leave. The apartments are in a fantastic location with so many restaurants on your doorstep as well as Coles and BWS right behind the building. View from the balcony was breathtaking, complete beach front. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend a stay here.

The ladies at Reception were fabulous. Nothing was too much trouble, they provided lots of information for things locally. Housekeeping staff were friendly and ensured everything was of a high standard. Julie-Ann at reception is so lovely and helped when our flight was delayed to enable a later checkout. Thank you. We will be back every year now.

Door handles, my daughter got stuck in the room and my son had to use the screwdriver that was in the cupboard to get the door open.

The only downside was that the elevators are old and quite noisy.

I stayed at this place for three nights, and it was really good! The best part is that it's right in front of Mooloolaba beach, and there are many cafes, pubs, and restaurants around. The rooms are spacious, and the kitchen has good appliances and all the utensils you need. The bathrooms are nice and upgraded, with a jacuzzi and toilets. We stayed on the 6th floor, and the view of the sea was amazing! They have parking at the hotel, and it's easy because you get your own spot.

Unfortunately, we were taken aback on our second last day as my wife and kids entered the room upon cleaning where house keeping were still making the room up. My wife said she could come back but housekeeping said that’s fine come in, so they headed straight out onto the balcony so they were out of the way. I’m not quite sure what would have offended the ladies, as we my wife was very grateful and said thank you quite a few times and got out of their way, but one felt the need to stick her middle finger up upon leaving and she was unaware that myself and our other child saw this as we got off the lift. It really took me back and my wife especially felt so upset to end our trip like that. Very upsetting when there are kids around also. The only other thing I would say also is that there was no option to sign in to streaming services, so nothing much except free to air, a dvd player and a few foxtel channels.

Oceans Mooloolaba was perfectly located close to beautiful restaurants (our favourite Italian joint just down stairs) and a stone throw to the beach across the road. The room was fabulously clean, with wonderful views where we saw whales a couple of times from our balcony! Comfortable beds and the room was made up daily. Pool towels were available, and the pool and spa were lovely.
